We went to the Home Depot in Moore looking for an exterior door and and storm door. We met John that was working that area. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the doors and helped us find the doors we were looking for and at a considerable price savings compared to what we had been looking at. He even rekeyed the door so we could use our old keys. The employees at the checkout were very friendly and helpful getting our purchase loaded. We were very pleased with our shopping experience at this store.

We recently purchased a home so we have been looking at a lot of different items. Some of the items didn't turn out to be what we wanted and the store was very willing to take back items. One day we were in the store three times and a clerk from a distance acknowledged us as she remembered helping us earlier. They are very friendly workers and checkout personnel.

I was just trying to check out and Britney helped me at the Return Desk. She was pleasant and seemed to enjoy what she was doing. Makes shopping easier. Didn’t get the guy’s name in the Paint Dept but he was helpful also.

99% of the employees we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. The only problem was IDA at the front desk. It was a chore for her to help us. We just moved back and didn't have our military discount or the tax exemption status set up. She was very unhelpful. ALEX came right over and helped us with the app and made sure we got the military ID verified. He also set up out tax exemption set up. Hopefully, Ida was having a bad day. She was concerned about her smoke break.

99% of the time I shop at Home Depot I get great customer service. Brittany the cashier who checked us out was no exception. She was great!

We bought a new fridge 2 weeks ago. It was $1198 it went on sale for $1098 so I was concerned if we got a different back within 30 days of purchasing.Breit has helped me twice on this same ticket and both came out with no problem they was very helpful the other 2 girls was all working together thank you all I enjoy my Home Depot 😊
