Our experience at Home Depot in Moses Lake, Wa is always very good! Associates are always on hand, willing and ready to help and guide you with a smile. Cashiers are friendly and helpful as well and let us in on specials, deals and/or sales.

I live in poverty and have taken on a personal project of building a 35x25 barn to kennel my dogs comfortably. Home Depot is generally reasonably priced, and in instances where my limited funds draw short of my massive overall goal, employees offer discounts as they are able to. I appreciated in particular my interaction with Tina today, whom once realizing I was shy a few bucks, and knowing I'd be spending my last penny in my account until next month, (today is the 7th, I have no funds again until the 3rd) offered without skipping a beat, the small discount i needed for 6 sheets of subfloor and 2 sewer pipe lengths! I'm grateful and impressed, thank you Tina! I've thousands more in materials needed, yet today's purchase will aid me in keeping my kennel barn clean and safer for my pets!

All the people from the costumer service are nice

Go to another store if possible, they are rude and uncaring about their customers. Even asking for help, didn't happen. Vendors think stocking their items are more important than what the customer needs to find.

When going to this store, I always receive great customer service. Supply is always available! No need to shop elsewhere!

Dena, the cashier is the one person that I have not heard about the management displaying the attitude they are more superior than the rest of the other employees. There is so much complaining of the employees about management that it makes sense why turnover is so great!!. The military discount at other stores is an important display of appreciation of our veterans

most of the brands of tools that i prefer are your store but it would have been better if you have most the milwaukee products.

This store has lost the friendliness and they are always out of product on the shelves. Employees seem to be stressed because they have to cover 3 or more departments at the same time. GET MORE HELP in the store. And more useable handicap buggies

It has not always been easy to find an associate to help find something at this store but on this visit I was immediately acknowledged by an associate in the appliance department and set up with Jesse who helped me with my purchase.

I love shopping at the Moses Lake Home Depot. The employees are knowledgeable and always willing to help me. When I've returned items, there has never been a problem with getting a refund.

Great personel and products!

The store is clean, the shelves are stocked, they have people willing to help and that are knowledgeable in all topics. I would choose this home improvement store over all others in the area and this Home Depot over all the other Home Depot’s in the area.

The place is in a convient location. It is clean and orderly and the staff is friendly and helpful. It has reasonable prices. I always find what I need so I don't have to run all over town to find the things I need. Just go to Home Depot folks and save time and money.
