Employees do not help even when they aren’t doing anything and see they customers need help

Polite cashiers, in and out easily only negative on this trip was I had 8 cases of flooring and nobody could help me out with it or load it in my truck

store employees didn't go above&beyond to ensure we had an excellent shopping experience which leads to customers shopping elsewhere for better valuable service

A nice clean organized store with everything I've ever went there to get. Friendly people. Their local competition didnt stock the product I was after. Home Depot did. Thank ya

Rude people. 3 people watching self check out while there was a line of 5 cart at the exit. Me and another customers had to help an elderly man ........pretty much sums it up!

Over all experience was great. The store was very well organized and well kept. I would recommend this store for sure. The employees were very helpful as well. I had a few questions that they answered. I had some paint mixed and they got it done asap. Great store.

This store is well maintained. Trudie is a great employee should you need assistance.

From the moment I arrived in the parking lot until I left, the customer service was exceptional. The young man working outside with the shopping carts, assisted my elderly mother and I by going inside and getting riding carts for us and later helped load our car with our purchases. Our cashier saw us in line and stopped what she was doing, and came and opened her register for us. We had a great shopping experience which is very rare these days. I will be shopping in Mt. Pleasant again.
