Everyone is knowledgeable about the products that they offer, and if they for some reason dont have what your looking for the staff will go out of their way to help figure it out.

When my husband was alive just last year, he spent many hours in this Home Depot just wondering around and always managed to find what he needed. It has now become my go to store, as my memories of him wondering around looking for the odd tool or nut and bolt, makes me feel close to him. I know this sounds weird, but the store has everything one needs. Bought many flowers and shrubs which are alive today. Thanks Home Depot

Yesterday I purchased a stove, and it couldn't have gone more perfectly. I shopped around and then met someone who went above and beyond to help me find not only the stove, but my future purchases of a refrigerator, countertops , and backsplash. I have always loved shopping at Home Depot for decades.

On a visit this past weekend to the Home Depot in Murrells Inlet I received outstanding customer service that went above and beyond. Customer Service Rep Gina did an outstanding job working through the inventory issues to find an alterative product so I did not have to go to another store. I was very pleased with her service and the store itself.

I bought a sidewalk cleaner from Home Depot called 30 seconds cleaner that you attach to your hose. Do not buy it. Yes for 15 bucks its gone in 30 seconds!

I went to this store to get a new garage door opener, they were 3 “associates” in that section along with a customer. I showed them on my phone app what I was looking for, first they said it was only for Black Friday, I showed them where the App said 3 was in stock and available for immediate pickup. There tune changes too, I have to buy it on the app in order to even buy it. I said I’m here, now and I just want to put it in my buggy and pay and go! No, they said that’s not possible! I went to the customer service desk where I found Dee, an ABSOLUTE ANGLE! Without any excuses or hesitation she jumped right on it! Within 5 minutes I had my door opener and was headed out the door! This is how service should be! Dee is an excellent, exemplary employee and is the true definition of Customer Service. I only wish I had 100 employees just like her! She should be employee of the year!

Lee helped turn around a bad situation. My oven went out right at Thanksgiving time and he helped us find a new one and set up delivery and installation as quickly as he could. He was very knowledgeable about the items in stock. He was a life saver. Now I can cook my thanksgiving dinner.
