Absolutely the best H/D within a 100 mile radius. I go out of my way to shop this store when it really counts.

Absolutely horrible employees in the paint department who work there, Todd specifically is very rude and unhelpful!. I watched him talk down to a lady who was just asking general questions before he decided to get all rude and defensive with me. More employees should be like Christine in CS, I'm just sorry she had to clean up (smooth over) another employees mess.

Had the worse customer service at the Murrieta Ca store. Came in to purchase a washing machine and after purchase was told there’s a dolly you can use. I asked if this is do it yourself and I was told yes that the associate Lori was too old to help and there was nobody else to help. The absolute worse customer service. I do not recommend this store.

Poor customer service, Items out of stock per staff, but when I checked the items were there on the shelf.

We received excellent customer service from Taylor at the Return Desk. It made our shopping much easier and pleasant.

We were very please with our shopping experience at Home Depot. Thank you very much. Grace Fisher our appliance specialist was great. We appreciated Grace's knowledge and guidance in our purchasing.

Christina at the special order service desk in lumber is a horrible employee and bad person.

Bad customer service

The employees are to be commended for their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to assist.

Susan at the customer service desk made my experience a complete nightmare. My only intention was to return two small plants and do some Christmas shopping. Instead, it ended up being one of the most humiliating experiences I have ever dealt with. I can deal with bad customer service, rude employees, and bad service. I understand that all employees are humans and have bad days. What I will not be okay with is being accused of fraud when I have Proof of purchase. Susan Called me a liar, a fraud and used foul unnecessary language with me. I asked for a manager and immediately Susan denied the situation. If your going to have the audacity to degrade me in front of a crowd of customers then at least be honest and own it. Susan knows she was wrong but insisted on treating me so poorly. I honestly left in tears and very confused as to why she assumed I was doing fraud. I don’t have the need nor desire to do fraud for two plants that I purchased with my own money. I am a previous Home Depot employee who is well aware of the return policy. Susan was completely out of line and needs disciplinary actions for accusing customers of fraud. Even if you THINK someone is doing fraud, this is something you speak to a manager about. You don’t cause a scene and embarrass an honest customer infront of a crowd. Susan laughed in my face and had no issue calling a manager because she knew that nobody will do anything. Working for Home Depot in the past, I know exactly how customer complaints are dealt with. In all reality, they are not addressed. I’ve never in my life had felt the need to even ask for a manager but this situation was so humiliating. Susan literally told me “I know fraud when I see one” and I’m not sure what she meant by that but I felt extremely judged by her for no reason. Home Depot takes pride in their customer service and the employees they decide to represent the depot. Susan does not belong at the depot. Susan should not be representing the “customer service” there. I ask that you please address this situation and provide better training for Susan when she “suspect’s” of fraud. Last thing you ever want to do is verbally accuse customers of fraud and call them a liars. Again, Susan will Denie the situation but I ask that you please hold her accountable for her actions. As an employee she needs to carry herself much more professionally and show respect to all customers.

Janeen LaSage in the flooring department is attentive and expedient. She was professional and super helpful.

Bought a tool chest, when I got home found out it was a returned item, and not new ... had to make a return trip for exchange. Always make sure you select a sealed box product or inspect it before you check out.

Friendliest Home Depot store ever!

Customer service in this store is not the best thing to expect when you visit Murrieta Store. It is not a one time bad experience, but for the last 3 visits I had no experience with good customer service in this store.

Great service and employees until you reach the cashier and ask for assistance loading heavy items. Should send your wife probably get assistance right away. I never received assistance but had quite a few employee observers!

VERy rude and disrespectful supervisor named Jessie or Josie. She was talking behind my back, saying, "what are you talking about," as I was leaving her RETURNS cubicle. She gave me a separate store credit card without asking me my options. I was a little upset. She could have given me cash. SHE dint asked. She said she asked me. But she lied!

Sales associate at register was very helpful and more than patient. Only downfall was being on hold with credit approval for 45 minutes to get a purchase approved.

The Murrieta store has made many improvements in its customer service department that I have seen and have experienced great satisfaction and mostly the smiles I get when approaching the counter. Everyone is willing to help and make sure I my shopping experience is a great one.

I had purchased a Dewalt tool set from another location at a higher price but found it at the Murrieta location advertised for far less. I had four different employees assist me ( an all did a great job helping me an I’m sorry I can’t remember all their names) but Hannah made sure my purchased was adjusted on the system an I was give the advertised difference. Very satisfied with my service and will definitely return to shop here!

The girls in the paint department are the best! They take the time to listen and to make the perfect paint and or paint matches.
