I like the pro xtra program

You have an employee in the flooring department named James who is the best I have ever seen at customer care. He loaded my cart, took the cart to my truck, then loaded my merchandise on to my truck. I offered him a gratuity and he would not take it. He deserves recognition, a raise in pay and a congratulations for being the best Home Depot employee that I have ever seen.

We purchased a washer/dryer, washer could not be connected due to seized hose. Delivery crew promised a plumber, covered in purchase price, would call to fix problem but no one did. Multiple calls to 800-number were fruitless, now told a plumber will call at my expense but it may take 2 weeks after the delivery before problem solved. New washer sits in garage while the family runs out of clean clothes.

Came in to get irrigation parts, Ben, the store manager offered his help to get me the parts I needed. He was a great help. IB helped me with making 2 copies of 8 keys, pleasant and appreciated his help.

Our salesman Paul Woodaro was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Will recommend him to all our friends

Although my trip to Home Depot was wonderful and the service representative Rodrigo was the best my only complaint is that it will take two weeks for me to get my order that is ridiculous. My dryer went out today now I have to wait to do laundry. If the product come damaged and I have to return it for another I’m sure it will be two more weeks and I’ll miss more work. This problem needs to be fixed it shouldn’t take that long.

Found supplies needed with store employees assisting, very friendly and knew products well.

Gandhi the smart man with excellent skills of sales, very professional- he showed me the kitchen counter top & he convinced me with respect & I was very happy to make purchases for all most $2600 & more.. The experience I had at this Home Depot is nothing to compare to other home hardware store. I visited many stores to find the right appliances for my kitchen. Rodrigo Rodriguez the appliance specialist was so helpful during my time at Home Depot. I definitely recommend for you to go visit him with any appliance needs!

Had been looking for a refrigerator for my Uncle for a few weeks. Cece and Rodrigo made our purchase so easy. Their customer service was above and beyond. Will definitely go back if we are in need of any home improvement or kitchen purchases.

I needed a refrigerator immediately. Chester helped me with my needs. I know it is hard to get one with the shortages of supply. I could not wait for one to be shipped. He went through all options with me and came up with a solution to my problem. I’m very thankful he took the time and effort ease my frustrations of my predicament. Made me a Home Depot fan.

Man when i tell you Rodrigo is a grear guy man he helped us was patient with us he just went above and beyond and if you ever go to this location and need a good associate to help you look for Rodrigo he is truly amazing if you ever come to this location and need a good associate to help you look for Rodrigo he helped us get our dishwasher and man he is so kind and so helpful just super positive super kind. Employees are lackadaisical, do not offer assistance even when several have seen me walking up and down aisles. Self check out employee watches customers while texting, after scanning all items, she says, "It's not working", and the gentleman behind me went to the same self check out I was previously at, scanned a few items before she told him that self check out was not working.

This stor is always so clean and organized. I was greeted at the door. I was asked if I needed help several times by different employees. A lady named Allison and a manager named Josh went out of there way to helped me. I will definitely recommend this store

Only reason I still shop here is because it's so close to my house. Rarely stock what I'm looking for, and when they do, it's often out-of-stock. Few knowledgeable employees remain... the marketing emphasis seems to be to induce the customer to shop online and simply pick up themselves.

Gabe and Brandon are two of the nicest and helpful young men I have ever encountered in a retail environment. You need more employees like these two fine young men. Many more. They exhibit the helpfulness and professionalism your business (and every other, for that matter) is so desperate to show. Thanks to these young men's attitudes and willingness to help my wife and I, I'll be a loyal Home Depot customer from now on.

When I try to order on your website, you were to send me a secret code to my cell phone. I never got it. The next day I found an email from HD telling me the code and that it would expire in 2 hours. Not much help. Other sites work much better. The people at your ProDesk are basically worthless to me. It is hard to find someone to answer questions. Most of the employees at this store are helpful and friendly when you can find one. The ProDesk is the weak link.
