I bought some supplies to clean my apartment that I just moved into. My apartment has insect infestation and needs deep cleaning. I’ve been running around all day finding the best clean supplies and bug repellent to feel comfortable in my apartment. This store was the last stop of the day and I just need to get a few things that I forgot on my list. When I entered the store I was greeted by every Home Depot associate that I walk near or by. The warm welcome here was great and never experienced something like this at any other Home Depot. As I was looking down an isle for cleaning supplies I met this awesome human being name Jay. Jay was a wonderful individual that offer to help me find the best solution for my bug infestation issue in my apartment. Jay shared his personal experience with bugs in his previous apartments and offered amazing products to help with the situation. I was thrilled to hear. The products he offer is some that my sister told me about because she also had gone through a issue like this before. Jay made me feel like I was making the right decisions and I also respected his recommendations that he offered. What a great store and I hope everyone meets a Jay in there experience because I’ll never forget this day. The rest team was also great and helping with checkout and asking if I needed anything else. Great place 20 out of 10

GREAT FOR US DIY GUYS

The associates who work at this Home Depot store and in the parking lot of the store are very friendly and helpful, especially to shoppers who are less familiar with the different departments/sections of the store.

If you're looking for help or just run in and find it yourself, the employees at this store are exceptional. One guy in home improvements named Tony is a guy who will go out of his way to help you!!!

When I called the Arbor Walk store, I was especially impressed how Ms. Kim P. in customer support immediately sprang into action to resolve my question & issue, let me know how long she will need to put me on hold, & didn't make any excuses. At the store, I happened to get Kim again. Given the numerous items I was responsible to obtain for a elderly church member whose home had flooded, it was a relief that Kim was both knowledgeable & proactive toward addressing my numerous questions and needs.

Bijan in the lighting department was very understanding and helpful when we discovered that the manufacturer had changed the design of the wall sconces we wanted. We owned 3 of the “old” style already and just needed 1 more to complete our project. Bijan arranged to have the display model taken down, boxed, and ready to pick up the very next morning. It matches and looks great. Thank you!

VERY friendly staff! Ron in the garden center is especially helpful and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all things lawn care.

Came to this HD because they were the closest one to have the specific Toro mower I was looking for. I drove 45 min to this store for that reason. When I tried to purchase the mower the wrong one was in the location under the one I needed. So after loading and going all the way to the cashier, I had to go back and unload it. I flagged down an employee to help, which seems they tried to find someone, but then gave up. I was finally able to flag down another employee who called someone over to help from that dept. This employee was extremely helpful and ran all over the store front and back to locate the item. He kept me updated as he searched and made sure I understood what was happening. I was in the store over an hour for what should have been a 10 minute trip.

Hernan in particular was extremely helpful for my visit - he helped me cut a ton of wood and did it efficiently and with precision.

Nick in the Paint department and Tony in the Plumbing department are consistently excellent. They respect my intelligence by giving helpful details about the products in their departments. They help narrow down options by offering their expert opinions. And they help me save time by being readily available, proactively asking to help, and knowing where everything is in their departments. Nick and Tony are a big reason why I continue to shop at The Home Depot Arboretum.

Friendly attendants in paint department made it easy to get exactly what I was looking for, and the checkout attendant was very sweet. Clean store + compassionate attendants = happy customer

Do not use the kitchen design department. Their contractor who did my kitchen measure made several errors so we could not proceed with the design and ordering of the cabinets. Disappointing for sure. I asked Heather Milley to expedite another re-measure so the cabinets could be ordered prior to me leaving town (10days later). She did call the company while I was there to get a new date time set up but she did not want to proceed with a mock up of the kitchen plan using my measurements from my contractor. I can understand that. I KINDLY expressed my disappointment that I had to take PTO to do this today and we couldn't proceed. I thought it all went well and we had a plan. I took several photos of my kitchen (its bare and ready for cabinets) and called her back to confirm that our measurements were correct and the guy they sent must have mixed us up with another job. She said they were refunding me the $99 measure fee and that they no longer wanted my business. I asked for clarification and she stated it again, they didn't want to work with me. I told her I didn't understand as I thought we had a plan when I left. She said it again. I asked to talk to her supervisor - transferred to Bruce who kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain what happened with the measurements. He told me they didnt want to work with me and he was refunding the money. I found him rude, lacking customer service experience and appalling. I asked to speak to the Store Director. He stated "your talking to him". I confirmed with him again that he was the manager of the entire store. He said yes. I conceded and said goodbye. I called the store and asked for the name of the Store Director and was told Rita Culver. They said Bruce was the Asst Mgr. So not only did they treat a good customer terribly, he lied to me as well. I'll never shop at this store again - sad because they've helped me with thousands of dollars worth of projects thru the years. By the way, Marshall in the window and doors dept is awesome! I'll be shopping elsewhere for cabinets, counters and appliances.

The lighting supervisor was great! He went above and beyond to help me get the light fixture I needed.

I had a wonderful experience in this store. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back.

After 2 visits to a competitor, made the trip to the Home Depot @ Arbor Walk. Despite some frustration at finding what I needed, the employees were helpful, and finally directed me to a gentleman who knew exactly what I needed, where to find it and how to make it work. My advice, Home Depot has it. Home Depot have the competent people. You just have to be diligent.

Had a great experience on my last visit - picked up over 2k in tools and parts for my company while the Milwaukee group had some staff on site. Everyone was nice and fun to talk to. I over shopped but was happy on all my purchases. I will be coming back as soon as I can build up some savings again. Thanks for helping and answering my questions!

We had a good experience shopping for appliances at this Home Depot and were able to get what we needed and schedule the delivery for when we need them.

World Class shopping experience. Proactively approached by Associate when I was in the Insulation area, advising me that HD offers free Insulation Blower rental when buying >=10 Bags Owens Corning AttiCat Insulation. Then the actual process was so easy, from Associates loading insulation & blower into my rental truck, then efficient check-in of the returned blower and over-bought bags of insulation. One star lost because HD does not offer GUARANTEED tool reservations, only a miserly 30-minute hold. Makes it impossible to plan, with certainty, a project that is dependent on a tool being available at the desired time. I would be happy to pre-pay my rental (like an airline ticket) to ensure the tool(s) I need will be available when I want them.
