The associates in the garden center were extremely helpful. They helped me find all the things I needed to improve my garden.

I was very pleased with my purchase. The first girl I asked what I was looking for told me where to find it and I did. She was very friendly and helpful. Her name was Mary. The store was well stocked and clean. I will definitely go back and shop again and recommended to my family and friends.

Unable to find an associate to help me find a product. The associate that I did find was rude and not helpful. She snapped back when we asked for her help in locating an item and in finding an associate for the hardware department, she also rolled her eyes and walked away while we were still in need of assistance.

As an American male of hispanic descent I believe I am prejudged and discriminated against at any RGV Home Depot every time I visit. (Which is why I decided not to visit, but my parents need some things from there and cannot visit especially at these times.) Employees are hesitant to answer my questions or even approach me. When I can finally find help I always ask questions in English, but am always responded to in Spanish. Spanish is great, but I can't communicate in it very well and it takes quite an effort to respectfully get them to talk to me in English. Those efforts have become too much over the years.

Need to get more appliances

Pretty clean store, need more knowledgeable employees and need to have items on display in stock.

The appliance associates were friendly and eager to help. Shopping experience was easy, fast and all staff was friendly.

I used to shop at this store regularly...but now that customers are not wearing masks I have no desire to put myself at risk... I can buy paint at Sherwin Williams... they are requiring masks ... HD told me the store could not be more strict than the governor's guidelines... apparently not true... Sherwin William's continues to require masks.... HD is a big chain ..lots of construction workers... lots of big "macho men" shop there... HD needs to be a leader...educate by example... be brave...take a health conscious stand...help the public stay healthy.....help the community stay healthy.

Have employees walk down isles to assist customers periodically. That's helpful. We shouldn't have to be looking for help all over store.

I love this home depot, it's big and they always have everything you need. I just want to say that this young lady helped me leave the store with a big smile. Since I got there Amalia helped me with what I needed and even helped me at self checkout. You need more people like her!

Needed items to make a repair at home. Store had what I needed in stock and employees were extremely helpful despite the obstacles and stresses placed on them due to the on-going Corona Virus pandemic. Thank you all for your loyalty to Home Depot and supporting our community.

This store is very neat and merchandise is well kept. The staff are friendly and helpful.I was looking for a Echo Tiller of which this store did not have in stock. I got some assistance from one of the associates who help me find my item through there warehouse inventory. He found the item and had informed me that I could received though an online purchase. Thus I was directed to customer service where another associate, name Bryan (BXM20ZV) was very kind and helpful in setting up the online purchase of the item (Echo Tiller #1001564314). I was very please with the ease of the purchase,and the your staff who had helped me.

Thanks to the prompt attention I received I was able to go in and out of the store promptly. Thanks to Wicho, Mario and Diana at the Pro desk.

Great store. Employees always helpful and always find what I need and if they don't have it they check other stores and try very hard to direct you to finding whatever you need.

Sebastian provided great service with a smile. It's rare these days and really good to see!
