Went to the Dartmouth Mall this morning on a wet Drury day and was met by wonderful happy lawyers. They provided me with excellent service and feedback regarding my questions on everything that I had to ask for.

From being greeted by Loren and Patty to Marianne st checkup, the team members were all friendly and helpful. Including the young man in paint.

Patti who has been working for Home Depot for over thirty years is absolutely AMAZING!

I went to Somerset Home Depot whereupon I left after dealing with a rude dept manager. I went to Dartmouth where they were understanding and helpful

very busy store all the time. always has what i need. i usually have to ask an associate because i have difficulty finding things. always helpful

I visited my local Home Depot for assistance in choosing the right soil for a very large houseplant that had been overwatered and needed repotting. I don't typically think of Home Depot as providing consultative plant assistance, but their associate, Marsha, was so knowledgeable about my particular issue that not only did she recommend the correct soil, but advised me on a larger pot for the plant, the specifics on repotting, including the exact dry soil amount, and how to clear the roots of old soil. This is the level of assistance and knowledge I needed and would expect from a greenhouse, and I was very grateful to get it from Home Depot. I will definitely be using this location (and Marsha) for my plant needs moving forward.

Have been dealing with Seth in Kitchen Design and also purchased a new washer and dryer from him. Seth has been so helpful, knowledgeable and courteous that I have given him five stars, highly recommend Seth.

Above and beyond service

Alma Menjivar was very helpful, friendly, and professional!

One employee saved the day. Josh in the garden center super helpful. He offered to help me load pavers into the cart without me asking. Ended up pushing my heavy cart through the store when the garden centers computers went down. He even helped load my car up with the pavers. He was a huge help while some other employees weren’t.

Samantha was the most expert, capable and persistent person I have encountered at the store. She took a bad experience and turned it around!!

ASSOCIATES VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL

I needed replacement screening for my storm door. I bought the kit which came woth everything including the tool that is needed. I had the storm door all set in no time!!

I had a rather heavy lumber load. I received assistance right away with getting it back in the store for a return.

I enjoy coming here. It reminds me of when I was a kid and went with my father. Staff is friendly and inviting. You can always find someone to help you when you need something. They don’t change the store around all the time causing frustration in finding what you need. It’s clean and always well stocked. Great variety of products without being overwhelming!!

Joe was a great help, not only was he kind, he was very personable!

Joe from the lumber department helped my girlfriend and I get the planks we needed as well as cut them to size. He was super nice and gave great advice. He is one of the coolest people who will ever grace this universe.

The customer service is proper especially the pro desk during the week . They are friendly , smart, and knowledgeable

You have a cashier named Susan. When I see her I immediately get in her line. Receipt says: 2673 00007 43880. Susan is a Great Example of a great cashier. Always upbeat. It’s a shame not to find more employees as her. I’ve been at self-checkout only if I have to. Most times you’ll find 4-5 associates gabbing with each other as if it’s handout time. Susan needs to be honored for the cashier she is.

Ordered Custom Roman shades. Nyasia was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely come to Home Depot before any other store for my needs.

Every time I come into Regis location I mainly get Aubrey as a cashier. She is very rude. Does not greet me or thank me for shopping or even ask if I found everything okay. Honestly think she needs a different job because doing customer service for her is shown to be a weak quality of hers. Shouldn’t be working with the public if you cannot provide excellent customer service.

I get that series need more workers and sometimes things get lacked due to not many workers but there were two employees in the back of the garden center that were talking for probably 15 min doing absolutely nothing while there were tons of hanging plants begging for water. They looked awful. Is all they needed was water I bought 3 and watered them at home and now they look amazing. Some of them looked beyond repair and worse, YOU'RE CHARGING FULL PRICE!!!! Such a joke. Do better Home Depot.

Morgan was extremely knowledgably and helpful! She went over and beyond to assist!

Can always find someone to answer a question unlike other home improvement stores.
