I always visit the nursery clearance rack when I visit HD. Didn't have one today, although some of the plants on display could have used one!

I went in to explore LED lighting and Michael in the electric department was not only very knowledgeable but went out of his way to get the 3 boxes from the top of the shelves while I continued shopping. Then he checked to see if there were wire nuts and showed me where to purchase some. Then he helped J T when we returned to the electric area for another item which was also in the racks above the shelves. They were smart and helpful and pleasant to work with. Great employees both!!

Everytime I shop there and I'm looking for something in particular, the employees go above and beyond to help me find what I need

Super friendly & helpful staff. Nice clean store and well stocked. Super great shopping experience... BUT once I got out of the store... all I will say is bring someone to load your items if you need help. They guys loading were not competent.

I am always greeted with a smile, and Jaymi is so helpful and bubbly it’s infectious! I love shopping at this store whether it’s for a big purchase or a small one! I always feel appreciated for shopping there!

White blond tall medium build male employee roughly in their mid 30s whispering a derogatory bigot remark (Fago*) towards my fiancé and I as were walking out near closing on 7.16.21 8:30pm.

I rarely patronize Home Depot unless it is absolutely necessary. This is mainly due to the difficulty I have had in the past finding knowledgeable employees for assistance. This was my first time at this particular store- four separate employees successfully helped us with four separate issues. (It reminded me of Sears, back in the day...) What a pleasant surprise! I will definitely be returning to THIS Home Depot location.

Great quality and service

I received the best customer service from an employee named David. He took the time to listen to my concerns and what I was needing and assisted me to find all my products and was very informative answering my questions, very patient with me also. Store was clean, and I found all the products that were needed.

Floor people great , lumber is very helpful,but customer service had really bad attitude. As long as you never have a problem with anything you buy there great. But if you do you will regret having purchased from that store.

Recently we had a wonderful experience at this Home Depot. A gentleman by the name of Tony took the time to assist us and answer it questions (and trust me we had a list of questions lol). He is so friendly and patient. Very professional young man! This guy sets the bar high on customer service and I’m just so grateful that through our stressful home remodel he was so patient, friendly, and even made us laugh. Thanks Tony you are awesome!

Marlene T. the Appliance Specialist was very helpful and courteous in resolving my inquiry in meeting my satisfaction to my solving my problem. A truly representative and profession there at your Home Depot Store.

This store is always clean, organized and very well stocked. David in lumber is AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If you want a great experience, come to this store!

Jaymi at pro desk made my day this morning! She was super-helpful and genuinely cared about the item the store on west Shaw had said aside but couldn’t be located.

I went to the store to purchase a tool cabinet. I asked for one in a box. Even though he wasn't able to find one the tool manager spent at least 20 minutes looking. I ended up buying a floor model. The lot workers were very helpful. It took three of them to fit the large cabinet into my SUV. I wasn't sure it was going to fit for a minute but they didn't give up and made it happen.

Great store, great customer service. Matt, Nana and the other young lady in Customer Returns treated me like royalty! I look forward to going back to this Home Depot!

This stores employees are very well trained, and the store is very clean. It's great when you're treated with courtesy and respect. I found just what I needed.

The people that work the tool rental part of the store are very courteous and helpful. This applies to Everett and Jeff

Everyone here was friendly and very helpful. Tanya, in hardware, was very nice and helped me find what I needed even though it wasn’t her department. She answered my questions and was kind and patient.

TJ in lumber helped me find the perfect material for my DIY project. He listened to me and even suggested options I hadn’t even thought of. In the end, I got the perfect piece of board, he cut it for me. He even helped me with the math I needed to ensure I got the dimensions just right! In the paint department, I asked for a specific color of chalk paint I had seen on You Tube for another DIY project. They looked it up for me, and made it right then and there. Every time I go in, I’m greeted and helped to make my home projects the best they can be.

I regret giving Home Depot a second chance. You will never see another penny from me. Customer service is the worst. I feel more alone in a Home Depot than I did when i was 8 and lost in the woods for 2 days.

I think a lot of the products are able to take back when you are thru and if your not satisfied with the product you can return your items and get a complete refund on your items batteries are in demand because a lot of the products are manufactured right in the store.

My only suggestion would be to have some shopping carts at the garden entrance.

Everytime I shop at this store, it's a great experience. The employees are very helpful and courteous. Especially Everett in the tool rental depsrtment

Brandon in plumbing was so helpful, he took the time to help with something that was not related to plumbing in fact it was air purifiers on clearence. He was so genuine and kind which I find a rarity, many times I get well ma'am that's not my department. I appreciate that he valued me as a customer! Thank You Brandon!

Elia and Benny in Flooring are fantastic. They have lots of knowledge and great customer service skills. I will shop this location again
