Associates are very helpful, personable and professional. I really enjoyed this visit! Thanks Terri and Steve at the online pick up counter. I did some shopping then picked up my order. Everyone was great, store was clean I found everything I was looking for and more!!!

The employees are rude and completely disinterested in helping customers find what they need. We stopped by for some lumber and what we needed was very hard to find I mislabeled on the shelf.

The store was well stocked, and the aisles were easy to navigate. A vast improvement over years past. Plus the employees appear friendlier and more helpful.

I really don’t like to argue every time to get my Military discount the computers seem to have there own mind when it comes to what the store will give and cashier has to argue before calling manager I had to ask 4 times not what I want to do. Almost every time I go to Home Depot !

Do not under any circumstance purchase a shed that requires an install/delivery by Home Installation Professionals. They are a total scam. After waiting 10 weeks, I went into the store and was able to reverse the nearly $5k charge. So, Kudos for the store management for being able to do that, but shame on Home Depot for allowing their good reputation to be co-opted by these supposed installation scammers.

They make the purchase and your needs easy to accomplish with a great demeanor.

Sandhya at the customer service desk was wonderful! She went above and beyond to help me while making a very large appliance purchase. She was friendly, pleasant and was extremely patient. She is a true asset to your company!

I truly wish they would clean up this store I have been in there the store is in complete dis array it is hard to get a regular shopping cart down the isles never the less a cart you can get larger item floors are full of debris not a very friendly atmosphere to be in!

Floor associate who went and got a grill in the back for me was lazy and rude. When he actually showed up with my box on a hand cart I had to go get a flat cart to bring it out front. When I returned to wheee he was my box was just sitting there on the floor and he was no where to be seen. Horrible customer service.

Store is a mess hard to get a regular shopping cart thru isles not to mention a cart that will hold anything larger. Have had issues at this store have requested Store Mannager call me, he has some one else call that can not do anything ie make a decision! When I went to check out I asked for my due discount Military I feel I am due. The item $198.00 does not qualify for that discount ! I asked for a Manager, the cashier at that time gave me a 10 % discount. The computer could not recognize the item for Military I have to give the cashier a little credit for that. But should I go thru this most times to check out. I’m sure it is a glitch in this I stores system I don’t have any issues at other stores !

I like coming here because the staff are friendly and usually know what they(and you) are talking about. I do bring my whole family here because almost everyone likes things in the store and i get a veteran discount. The only thing that would be better is if HD was dog friendly. Then it would be a whole family experience.

Store was over cluttered could not get thru the isles without moving store products out of the way has been this way most times have been in this store have spoke with 2 different store managers and the last one spoke with was in the fall he was new and said he should have store in shape in a few months so i have been shopping elsewhere I see he could not do what he had stated so I will most likely not be back to this store !

For the average handyman (or woman), the associates are knowledgeable in all of the materials. They are very helpful and will make sure that you get exactly what you need. The store and staff is pleasant.

This is the only Home Depot I use in the capital region because the staff are genuinely helpful and pleasant. It is slightly further away than another location where the staff make no effort to be helpful. Primarily, I buy Behr paint at Home Depot, all of it custom colors, and they do a great job matching paint from a paint chip.

This store is very convenient for me . It always has the items I need . The help in this store knows all about the problems I bring to them and solve them .

No one is ever available to help. Waited in the appliance section for 45 minutes for someone to wait on us. There were 3 desks in the csbinet section. Only one desk was waiting on a customer. There were 2 people sitting at the other desks doing nothing. I asked one of the gentleman a question. He answered and went right back to his desk. Wasn't interested in helping. I finally flagged down another employee who was just walking by. She wasn't familiar with appliances but checked us out. How can no one work in the appliance section on Presidents' Day when there is a big sale! An awful experience! As it was, my order was wrong. I should have checked the receipt better but after being there for 2 hours just to order a washer & dryer, I wanted out.

I got what I needed quickly

This store was organized and clean. It was easy to find the items I was looking to buy. The store had good amount of employees on the floor, who were friendly and helpful. Check out was fast !

Maggie went out of her way to help me because she could not find someone in hardware to help me. She is a very happy and upbeat and who I look for when I check out or if I need help.
