If you come to Home Depot expect to have long lines at checkout this means that if you're going to buy something small it's going to cost you not just money but your time

Picking up some 2x4's and needed some cuts made. Asked a staff member if he could send someone over to make the cuts for me. The guy sent Shakari (hope I'm spelling his name right) over to assist me and I was in and out before I knew it. Shakari was professional, courteous, good attention to detail and took care of me right away.

Bought this a few days ago. Love the appearance in my diningroom.

I bought patio furniture a table with four chairs and a bench very nice, modern and excellent price.(have 50% discount) I always like to go through the store, they have good quality products and good prices. I like the presentation for the Holiday season. good products.

If an employee tells you to get a water heater with a broken box and ask for a discount at the customer service desk, go elsewhere to buy your heater, you will be given a run around, you will be made to feel like you are trying to rob them and waste your time

Marcell one of the employees at the store truly went above and beyond. He analyze the project that I was working on with only my verbal description of it. He is very creative, as well as resourceful. He spent quality time with me, ensuring that every portion of my questions were answered and ultimately I am able to complete my project safely at a fraction of the cost as I would have otherwise, I truly appreciate his hospitality and that Home Depot.

I was assisted by Vic who provided a friendly, professional and patient service at Electrical. All stars to him as not all areas of this location have employees like him. Another great one is Jesse at courtains and Lighting, Both keepers!

I have been here many times being I live less than a mile away, cashiers are constantly rude and condescending. I will not go back.

If you need to purchase anything, be prepared to have to do self checkout only. They do NOT have cashiers any longer.

I went to homedepot to purchase interior paint and exterior paint. I went in store and asked the paint depot the amount of a 5 gallon exterior paint was told $137.00 and 2 gallons of cheapest interior paint they had. I purchased $30 in paint supplies and my total when I went to the register was $423 I went back to paint department and was told I was told the wrong price for the exterior paint and I was obligated to purchase the paint. I also told them I wanted 2 gallons of the cheapest interior paint they got and was given $60 a gallon paint when I inquired about speaking to a manager I was told they were In a meeting and all unavailable and if I didn't purchase the paint it wld be considered a felony and I am obligated to purchase the paint now that it was mixed and it was now my responsibility to pay for it. I waited over an hour for a Manger and no one ever came and I get home with $400 worth of paint for 7 gallons called to speak w a manager and no one answered for over 2 hours of me calling then I finally got someone to answer the phone and they put me on hold for over hour then disconnected the call. I purchased the paint but now my kids will not have lunch for school next week cause I was obligated to purchase or it wld be a felony to walk out on. I am completely annoyed and dissatisfied not only with customer service but the disrespect I encountered with the paint department and the management is unacceptable.

I couldn't find what I was looking for in the cubby holes which were quite disorganized, however as I walked away a very nice employee named Josh asked if he could help with something. We looked up what I needed and he found it above the shelves. He then got a ladder and gave me what I needed, as I left he was organizing the shelves. Great service that day.

The store was well staff and everyone was pleasant and helpful. The department supervisor Joey went above and beyond to get to our product that was buried under a time of boxes.

If you are looking for flooring, ask for Virginia Mayo. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We placed a large order of Montauk slate and she guided us through the process with cheerfulness efficiency. She’s a rock star!
