Employees are very helpful

Kind helpful associates when available. They go above and beyond. Needed more storage buildings in stock. On a previous visit I was told I could order it. I was also told I would have to have it shipped to my home and pay shipping. I then told them to ship it to the store to avoid the shipping fee, and he told me that couldn't be done. This was a previous visit to the store, not the last one when I bought the building.

Jessica is very helpful every time I come in. The management staff is great and friendly. The store manager will help and not point the finger. Need more people in lumber but this is my go to store.

My husband and I were greeted with a smile on entering the store and when needed help, our associate greeted us with a smiling face. We both work with the public and know the value of customer service. Our visit Friday night was great, found what we needed and had great service. Every employee we came across greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed help. That's service!

Female cashier with tattoos on both arms was rude. Manager appeared to justify cashier's attitude.

This store has changed drasticly in the past year. It is much more cleaner and more organized then what it used to be.

Thom in Tools at this location saved my visit with his great attitude, pleasant smile and helpfulness. The employee at the register was the complete opposite. I was at HD to return a tool from Rental. When I finally made it to the Tool Rental area, Thom was able to recognize my current problem and apologized for any problem I had encountered prior to reaching his department. THANK YOU THOM for being a good employee with a great attitude. Biggest problem at HD by Tool Rental, parking of vehicles in areas for loading unloading and clear signage of Tool Rental return area.

This is the 2nd time in 2 years that this particular Home Depot has chosen NOT to rectify a "wrong" made by one of their store employee's. Less than 2 years ago I was in need of a window to match the other windows on the "front" side of my house. (We did an addition to our home.) After wasting approximately 2 months of time waiting on this store to get the correct matching window, I was told (by the store manager) "I'm so sorry, please accept my apology...the manufacturer can't make the window to your specifications....again, I'm really sorry for any inconvenience this delay may have caused." Really? "May have"? We're talking about matching standard sized windows on a house that was build only 10 years prior...and the windows on our home were originally purchased from none other than Home Depot!! ! started to leave feedback on this particular incident at the time (beginning of Nov. through End of Dec. 2015), but decided not to waste any more of my time on The Home Depot...I just would no longer shop at that store any longer! FAST FORWARD...MARCH 4, 2017.... My husband came home about a week ago telling me about 2 "Toro ZTR riding lawn mowers (w/steering wheel) that he had found at The Home Depot. (And yes, it was the same store that I said I would no longer shop at.) Well, being we were in need of purchasing a new mower, I agreed to hear about "the great deal" he had found there. The 2 mowers were priced marked as "Clearance", but, there was a $500.00 price difference between the 2. So, my husband asked the sales representative about the price difference. The rep. said, "They are both EXACTLY THE SAME & BRAND NEW models (meaning they were not ever pre-owned) from LAST YEAR'S inventory, but the reason for the lower price on one of the mowers is due to the unsightly appearance of almost all of stickers peeling up or being torn off completely as well as it needing a new battery. Home Depot will (and did) replace the battery, not the stickers. The mower with a higher price tag only has a flat tire that can be easily fixed & is in better condition due to it being inside rather than out in the sun & rain last season." So, my husband purchased the "cheaper" mower. Once he arrived home with it, I immediately thought there was no way this mower was from last year's inventory. I found the date of manufacture as being JAN 2015!!! That's the real reason for the price difference!!!! I, once again, called The Home Depot an actually spoke to the same "Store Manager" as I had dealt with 2 years prior. I was hoping that because this mower was sold to my husband under what I consider to be "deceptive sales practices"....maybe they would reconsider the sale & trade out this older model for the newer one at no extra charge....or at the very least, replace the stickers on the one my husband purchased! But, TO NO AVAIL... All this Store Mgr. offered was for us to bring it back & they would be happy to sell us a 2017 model...with a 2017 sticker price! In conclusion of this review (which, I might add, was so deservedly earned) The Home Depot does have one employee practice well taught to it's employees...It's APOLOGY practice...A+ rating for that!!!

I hadn't visited this store in quite a few years, but business brought me to the area and I made some purchases. The store is much cleaner than in recent years and very organized as well. It is very clear at a glance that it is being properly managed.

Not often in these big box stores you can get anyone to help you with a purchase. But on this trip i really had all the help i needed by one of their employees. He took the time to help me with my purchase from start to finish. Great customer service.
