Carla was a great cashier. She was very friendly and she got me through the checkout very fast

This store needs to teach their associates how to talk with customers and don’t rush customers when shopping just because it inconveniences your associate. They only helpful people were when I was checking out. She greeted me and asked if found everything and if she could do to make this visit better.

I quit going to Home Depot a while back because I could get nobody to help me now people just swarmed around me like bees and it was wonderful I got the help I needed I bought the stuff I needed and was checked out in a very short time

Excited to use the new dewalt cordless blower just purchased! The store has several available and at a competitive price! Can't beat the friendly staff either!

We came looking for a mower and were helped by numerous employees. In particular, Jose helped us out and spent about 30 minutes helping us find a mower. The mower was on website as existing but he couldn't find it. He was able to use his inventory tool, called other store and then located the mowers that ended up being "on display" in unrelated are. He was super nice, friendly, and very good at his job! His help was immeasurably helpful. When I went to paint department, they were also super helpful!

The store employees are always ready to help. I am not a novice so I dont require much but everytime I go to this store I litterally ask the first orange vest I come to, Where is "X" (the Items I am looking for) and everytime they know exactly where it is! point me in the right direction and ask if I need anything else. They do this everytime I like the culture that their management is teaching them. Very friendly and professional.

Cashier Clerk Carla was a breath of fresh air so early in the morning while I checked out. Excellent knowledge of the store and its policies ... friendly, helpful ... need more like her.

I had several questions about a wood staining project. I was helped timely, with genuine interest on the part of the team member regarding my concerns and desire for a particular outcome…very helpful, very kind. Appreciated the availability and interaction with the Team Member! Customer service like I experienced is a rare thing these days, this store is now my Home Depot of choice!

Had and amazing customer service rep help me with a purchase this evening. Do to the way corporate does their rebates this poor girl had to scan 55 rebate cards 20 minutes to close. she could have easily been irritated but she was very polite! excellent service with a smile!

Found items I need in an easy manner

We shop at this store all the time and never have a bad experience. Everything is always in stock. Today we went to get a new washer and dryer. Our cashier Emily M was extremely helpful and very pleasant.

I hope I have the name right, but a young lady named Jak helped me out earlier today and she was absolutely fantastic to work with.

Service was horribly slow. None of the employees knew where anything was. No one seemed like they cared at all. Place is dirty.
