THE STORE AEWWELL ORGANIZED AND CLEAN

I am in this store a couple of times a month and have never had a problem with any of the employees. They are always helpful if help is needed. If they see me wandering around looking like I am lost, they will always ask if I need help.

Great,quick experience

Great shopping experience until check-out. Employees were not wearing protective masks and failed to maintain proper social distancing as recommended by CDC, FDOH and Governer's Executive Order.

THANKS to Mgr. Josh for helping us with our refrigerator issue and helping us rectify the problem. Josh went above and beyond for us!! Also Maria at customer service went above and beyond as well trying to get my card refunded and had an IT issue not her fault at all.

I've had good experiences when needing help in hardware and appliances, but this store falls very short in the garden center. Plants are often dead or dieing and employees know little to nothing about gardening, nor know what they have in stock when you call in ahead before your visit.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Customer service is iffy, some folks are great, some are terrible. Garden center employees tend to be clueless and unhelpful. Employees in hardware and plumbing tend to be very helpful. Generally can find what I need, but not always. Convenient location for this store. I will visit for hardware needs but may no longer visit for gardening center needs due to the lousy customer service in that section.

This visit could have gone better, given the current circumstances I will excuse the service and chalk it up to Covid 19 stressed associates.

Chris from the Garden Department was friendly and helpful he walked us to the service desk and that's where things went wonky. The service desk person was friendly at first, but seemed was comfortable enough to talk with her coworkers about others who were irritating to her. We had an issue with our payment and she was happy to write a quote for us so we could talk to our bank and come back with out losing our work, when another employee came up to interrupt and start filling her in on another customer he was helping at the back of the line.. WHILE WE WERE STILL STANDING THERE...I had to interrupt them to finish what WE needed.. chalked it up to a fluke, but when I went in today to actually purchase the Mower and extended warranty with a different cashier at the service desk... it all happened again!! This time it seemed it was another employee who was off that interrupted and then I had to interrupt them to ask my questions... I left unsure and frustrated.

I found all the flowers that I was looking for with the help of Mary in the Garden Center. Mary was warm and friendly. She made My shopping trip a great experience.

The store is well organized, clean and the staff is very attentive and always knowledgeable about products and locations to find them.

Employees at this store are always helpful and the cashiers have a sense of humor. It's always a fun experience to shop there.

It's always a pleasure to go to this particular store, employees are very know knowledgeable where the products are and can answer questions about the products. Never a shortage of products, always in stock. And always very clean too.

I stop in this particular store because it is located between my different job locations. There is always someone who is available to help anytime I need it! They even take 5 gallons of paint out and put it in your SUV and have to have time to push your cart and load it for you! They even make it a point to smile and wish you a great day!! I have never gone and not been able to get the help or products I need to do a project or repair! Thank you Home Depot!

I am disappointed that Home Depot has decided to discontinue Minwax products. I do not like the Varathane brand now carried and will go elsewhere to find Minwax products.

Bob in the appliance section is precisely the type of individual that one hopes to encounter during any customer service-based endeavor. He was warm, informative, personable, and very professional. He is a true asset to Home Depot and should be treated as such - thank you, Bob!

I have been a customer of Home Depot for many years and plan to be one for many more years. I have updated my windows, purchased carpeting, and upgraded my doors as well as bathroom countertops with Home Depot merchandise and installers. Never had a problem.

This is my favorite Home Depot, mostly because it's closest to me and I'm familiar with it, but also because the clerks here are always so helpful. I had a plumbing problem I was trying to fix myself, and the gentlemen in that department was not only of great assistance with my questions, he was encouraging and supportive of my "do it myself" efforts. Kind of outstanding to get that kind of help these days.

Everyone was friendly except for the lady checking us out in garden center. No smile or greeting at all...

From flowers to commodes and all in between, I get great service from my local THD. The reps are always friendly and professional; I know I will always be treated well whenever I shop there and either get the product I was thinking of buying or good advice for an alternate product.

I tend to go to Home Depot first for home improvement needs. Before I retired I owned a re-modeling company in Atlanta, GA. Home Depot was my warehouse and I was in a store everyday. They also provided me with a large credit line which was a huge help. I think the culture that exists today was firmly established by the founders is what sets Home Depot apart from the other home improvement chains. It is fun to shop at a store where the people like their jobs and enjoy giving service to customers. I spent many years in the retail environment and learned to enjoy helping people solve problems. Keep up the good work!

Great Store, Great Employees, they took the time to answer all questions and are knowledgeable about projects. I especially loved Shirley she has years of experience and is knowledgeable. She was able to steer me in the right direction and saved me money. I love shopping here, they have just about everything at great prices. Employees are friendly and ready to help.
