Excellent place to shop, very helpful workers!

I use this store a lot during the planting season. There is always a huge selection, the plants are healthy, and prices are competitive. They also have a great "return" policy and are always very courteous.

Good convenient location.

The store is very clean, the associates are really good persons, always willing to help you.

The first place I go to look for plumbing parts and paint. Friendly service. Clean store, clean bathrooms. Usually easy to find store employees, if needed.

The sales associate (Pam) was extremely helpful throughout my visit. I appreciate excellent customer service!!!

The older gentleman with glasses, in the paint section, goes above an beyond with help in selecting your paint color and everything you need with your project. I hate that I cannot recall his name, but hats off to this man. You rock!

I usually can find what I'm needing. Love, love Behr paint...it's the ONLY brand of paint I use. Also really like the self-checkout.

store,always clean and neat, if I cant find what I am looking for, there is always an associate available to help and seem to always know were to find it. tye prices are lower than the competition.

Store is clean and bright. Employees are usually quite friendly and try hard to help as needed. Generally well stocked, and shelves are neat and orderly. Now and then a employee (especially nights and weekends) go WAY beyond to be helpful in every way possible. Kevin in windows and doors is absolutely super. Pro-desk help is always great, as will as the ladies at the 'Help Desk.' CM

Reasonable price and convenient

I will only use Behr paint which I buy at Home Depot. I recently used another brand that was purchased at a different store (not by me, I was helping someone else with a paint project) and did not like that paint. I told her that Behr is the best paint to use. This particular store is within one mile of my house and I frequently shop there. All the employees are helpful and friendly. Also I like the self-checkout.

I have purchased many items in many departments at this store. The employees at this location have been exceptionally helpful, and friendly. I am making this location my go-to place for everything I need.

store personal act like they do not want to help anyone. spent over 20 min. in paint section never found anyone to help me. had to make 2nd trip back to store next day to get help.

Very frendly and helpful staff

There is no store that is more dishonest and less helpful than this one. I have been to, and use, dozens of home improvement store locations for our company needs, which is in excess of $10k a month in construction and remodel purchases and I will never again use this fraudulent location. They are rude, lack integrity and are led by management that creates and enforces this complete lack of ethics and service, so hopefully you don't get told "let me get my manager" as all that will do is prolong your frustration with their incompetence and lack of ability to service customers without lying to them.

The manager of this store and the "customer service" department are woefully inept and will not help you out at all. If you want to order products only to have them never be delivered and be fraudulently sold goods that they will lose and then not offer any assistance at all in getting back, then this is the store for you. If you wanted to be treated with disrespect and deal with management that operates with no ethical basis or integrity at all, this is the store for you. If you want to be lied to, straight to your face, this is the store for you.

This store is absolutely fraudulent in its dealings with customers and operates from the lowest baseline of ethics and integrity that they are completely absent of, starting with the manager, Jason, who perpetuates and empowers employee fraud on their customers, with an appalling lack of customer service and abhorrent treatment of customers in the store and no assistance whatsoever towards remedies to their admitted dishonesty.

ASSOCIATES are willing to go that extra step if necessary to meet my needs and you have a great variety of products.

The Managers and associates are always friendly and I get asked just about every time in the store if I need any help. You can't find that many places anymore. I enjoy the cleanliness of the store and special deals in the isles. I will always go back and we are looking at doing flooring in our whole house. We have a quote scheduled for 8/31 and can't wait.

Great store and long tenured employees Best Home Depot in the U.S.A

I had just come from a competitor store and received absolutely no assistance and was a bit frustrated when I arrived this Home Depot location. I was immediately greeted and directed to the department I needed. I received outstanding service in both the appliance and paint departments! Both associates I worked with were knowledgeable, friendly and provided great recommendations and customer service. They have all of my future business!
