My wye adapter on my washer cold water line cracked because it was a cheaper garden fitting. The expert met me as I entered the plumbing area and asked if I needed help. He listened intently to my problem and said I could find fittings in the garden area or I could spend a few dollars more to permanently fix the leak. I told him to go for the higher priced permanent fitting fix. He walked directly to the brass wye fitting and said this will be a permanent fix. I thanked him and headed toward the checkout line. It happened so fast I didn’t get his name‼️ The plumbing expert saved me at least an hour and maybe a second trip I would have made if the garden fitting was chosen‼️🤓👍 I’ll sleep better knowing the leak and water damage potential risk is reduced to ZERO‼️‼️‼️ THANK YOU HOME DEPOT‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

In May 2022, at 72 I built a pergola using affordable landscape timbers and cedar fence post and Locktite construction glue. My own design. I was ecstatic about my idea.The staff members were excited about my project, made sure I got what I needed. I wish I had videotaped their excitement for what I wanted to do. Very suportive.

The parking lot was full. Around 2:00 on a weekday. One commercial cashier open. Four self check out registers (with one employee to monitor). The line for the self check out went down the aisle. Ridiculous wait. Had to ask two employees the location of an item. One sent me to a totally different aisle. The other just jestured and walked away… he was the only one in his department.

Noah was exceptional!!!! He helped me figure out how to get the paint I neededc for my property. I was on crunch time and he helped me as quickly as he could and figure it all out for me. Saved the f day!!

I was asked several times from different employees if I needed help finding something. And Monnie, asked me when he saw my 40lb salt bags I had on my flat bed, if I needed help loading in my car. Much appreciated!

John in plumbing helped me out on two visits today. He was INCREDIBLY helpful and extremely kind. He made sure I had the correct part and walked me through best practices. He may have been the most helpful person I have ever had.

I only come to this location because of the friendly employees.

Noah in plumbing was extremely helpful. He helped us not only cut the PVC to the lengths we needed, but he even helped us figure out the math.

I had to return a few items and Roel assisted in the return. He was friendly and courteous, throughout the process, while crediting my account. Great customer service!

Out shopping experience was OUTSTANDING !!!!!!! We purchased a new LG dishwasher today and our purchase experience with our appliance specialist Manny was awesome !!!!!

I work for a living and earn my money, I have no need to steal from Home Depot. Me and my wife were followed the entire time we were shopping and at the self checkout. The cashier came and took the scanner and scanned all of our items and even double checked to make sure we didn’t hide anything, without saying a single word to us. WOW! I earn my money the honest way, I even return an item to where I got it, if I decide I don’t want it. I helped 2 customers this week at your store, that is so sad. You’re so worried about theft that your employees can’t even make time to help the poor customer. Oh and when my coupon that y’all sent me didn’t scan and I had to call the cashier back over, she literally said “what is it?”, that’s your customer service?? I spend thousands of my hard earned dollars at your store and after I help your customers out, you insult me and my wife. Please don’t shop here

Ty at service desk was a great help with returning my products, quick and straight to the point, he also helped me find the light bulb I was looking with a quick search online he found it, will definitely come back!

I ordered three items, and paid for them along with same day delivery. Three stands, each comes packed in individual boxes. Only one of the three stands were delivered. You’ve collected my money, but failed to deliver product your website says was in stock.

Excellent place to shop clean, friendly, helpful and you find everything you need.

I purchase many chainsaw blades and parts from the store with no complaints The only thing I would like to suggest is that they carry more climbing gear such as ascenders descenders carabiners for holding a load and climbing ropes as well as Bull road etc all things needed to perform tree care for trimming and removals

At my recent visit to this Home Depot, Joe at lumber and Tino at check out for lumber were fantastic associates. Jo was fast and efficient and helping me find the materials I needed and choose the best quality. He even helped me load my cart every question I had for him he knew the answer to. He’s definitely an employee you don’t want to lose! I honestly would go back just for him. He was great and made my experience fantastic, as well as Tino. He was friendly, concise, and even helped explain how to finish my project, the correct and fast way possible! He made figuring out my budget for the project a breeze, these guys really made my visit stress-free!

Recently I needed some new hoses and I was directed to what was needed with the 1st question!

The management member by the register was so focused on closing up — even though there was still 30 minutes during regular business hours- he was insufferably rude. He yelled at the clerk who was trying to fix the hand scanner. The clerk ran to his side and left me waiting. I had to move to a different register. I asked for assistance with loading a 7 cubic foot freezer and the manager was churlish and surly. I must add for fairness sake, that the worker in the appliance section was very helpful and polite.

This place has the worst customer service. Return guy pretty much threw my license back at me when I made a return. Employees pushing carts around stores returning things to shelves would’ve crashed into me if I didn’t stop this happen twice during one visit. I guess the customers here are not considered anything more than a distraction.

I remember the first store of this business model in the 70s here in San Antonio Texas. It was called. "Builders Square". Appreciate your service and find product availability.

James and his team in the grill/garden section went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for! Their product knowledge is top notch!

This store is very clean and the employees are the reason i keep coming back, Ty at the service center was eager to help and I appreciated his patience while I decided how I wanted my delivery set up!
