This remodel project is majority complete and with materials purchased from Home Depot. We changed out the bath tube base with a shower base and a shower door. We are working on the completion of shower door frame up and new fixture installation. I’m very proud and happy that Home Depot played a pivotal role in making our project come to life.

The store was clean. The staff was kind, quick and informative. The best of the best because the store was organized -the merchandise was in proper placement and convenient to find, beyond grateful.

Last night I came to the store around 9pm to have some 23 yr. old paint matched and mixed. Your employee at the paint center named Asher was on station. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was a difficult match, and he went above the call of duty and did what Sherman William's couldn’t do. He hit it right on. Perfect match. Made a few additional adjustments beyond the scanner’s recommendation for 100% successful match. This young man is an asset to Home Depot. He makes you look good and excels in being a professional. He is worth the time to invest in and promote.

I always enjoy the staff and product availability. Tonight, in particular, I impulsively went in late in the evening with an unclear plan for a project that would have likely stopped in its track. I was fortunate to be engaged by Greg, a Lumber department team member. He immediately asked how he could help and actively helped determine a really great solution. He then went on to help me gather all the necessary supplies, including board that were well above a foot too high for me to reach. He helped this tired, determined, independent woman feel confident about a not so clear project… and helped bring it into focus! This actually meant the world to me! 🌷

I've been to several stores looking for a particular kind of paint. This store had plenty! I was also suggested that could order more specially for my needs if required. This brand of paint I needed is terrific.

Danica, Adria and John C. These guys were really empathetic to our situation and made sure we got our order right. From correcting the original order and making sure we got the right product to include a phone call about forgetting our receipt. We spent quite sometime with them but it was worth it. They turned a rough start and made it a positive experience. Thank you to the Home Depot team you guys really excelled today.

I have had a water heater installed, they brought in my washer and dryer and set it all up, they put in my new dishwasher, my new refrigerator and my stove. If I need anything for my home, I'm going to Home Depot.

I live on Vashon and the Home Depot #4720 Tacoma store has always been our "go to store" for all our home repair needs. Yesterday was our latest experience, that has just so proven Home Depot wants to compete with online sales/purchases. We purchased a leaf blower, 165 MPH 391 CFM 2504 cc Gas 2 Stroke Handheld Leaf Blower Shred N Vac. literally half the in store price, from $249.99 to $125.00 price online. The information about making the purchase at this incredible price was given at the store itself. Outstanding!!! Home Depot really wants to deliver!

I spent some time at Customer Service regarding an online Order Pickup, a return and a purchase. Scott really knocked it out of the park with his knowledge and professional service. I got multiple things accomplished with one visit with Scott today and it was pretty quick!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting store associate Dennis today. A knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous staff member. He made my shopping experience better than I expected. Home Depot needs more people like him. Awesome job Dennis!!

Sprays for shrubs, lawn, trees, and flowers. Great brands with lots of size and concentrations available for your entire yard.

I write this review about the paint department, knowing that there have been times that I have sat and waited an exorbitant amount of time without one person taking notice of me. But when you do get service, their service in the paint department is helpful superior and what you expect from great customer service.

Rose the cashier is happy to greet and meet you with a smile. She makes the atmosphere of the store customer friendly. If you are having a weird day, she will make you laugh. She is cheerful and helpful.

This store is always well maintained with helpful staff, much prefer this store to other hardware stores in the area.
