I bought a double sided diafold sharpener to sharpen my garden tools. I think it will do the job well and save me the cost of hiring someone to sharpen them as I have in the past.

Every single person I worked with at Home Depot this weekend were so helpful and pleasant and such a joy to work with! The guys in carpets and plumbing and woodworking were all so creatively helpful that I solved some projects at home. Elsie and Tracey in cashier and customer service were so efficient and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend this location

My Mom and I came into the store to troubleshoot a door replacement. We were greeted and cared for by two outstanding store representatives. We will definitely be back.

The employees at this Home Depot from entry at Customer Service, throughout the many aisles, to cashiers at checkout are mature, knowledgable and proactively helpful. A very well trained and managed/led team.

Went to return an item, lady at customer service was very dismissive. When I inquired about the huskey lifetime warranty, she was a bit rude about how I could exchange a broken huskey tool by saying it looked old. Told her it was a lifetime warranty and I clearly use it a lot. Ultimately exchanged it, but I was disappointed with the attitude. Hopefully i just caught her on a bad day and she's not like that all the time.

Rick Carone is a knowledgeable, professional appliance sales person, and does a wonderful job. Cannot say enough about how helpful he is.

I went in, knew what I wanted. Purchased an oil-filled radiator heater, through the self chechout, using my home depot card. Walking out the store, towards my vehicle carrying the heavy purchase, I heard, from behind me, "mam did you pay for that". Bewildered, i turned around and replied, "I payed for this, if you hold this for me, I'll get my receipt out of my purse and show it to you". He said, "no, thank you for your honesty" and went back into the store. People were around, it was embarrassing, what was that purpose. I felt racially targeted.

Loved their service! Helped out with my questions and concerns. Taught me how to take advantage of the great deals, discounts, and offers!

The customer service I received in the rental department was excellent and because of that you have earned yourself a loyal customer.

This Home Depot ALWAYS provides me with incredibly good customer service and if an individual doesn't know the answer they take the initiative to find someone who does. There are a lot of places to buy hardware and building supplies. But because of the customer service this is the only store I shop at.

Great store, clean and room to shop. The employees are definitely better than any other Home Depot I have been to! Great job keep up the good work!

yes I believe you made a mistake when you hired Danny is the worst in customer service. Maybe you should have him stocking because his customer service skills are the worst and that is why I will never return to Home Depot

They have no customer service. I was told I had to wait to get planks cut for my fence till after the guy licensed was done stocking. After about 20 to 25 minutes I had to go to the customer service area to get help and it took the guy 8 phone calls to get someone to help me. I spent close to 45 minutes trying to get someone to cut fence planks. But this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues trying to get help. Save yourself the headache and head 10 miles north to the Firestone location. They’re much much better and have people not kids willing to help.

Store shelves were not stocked adequately. Items were available in storage area above shelving, however, there weren't enough store personnel to assist in retrieving. Looked as though restocking was occurring, but it was a Saturday, so the aisles were crowded by the stock waiting to be shelved, with little restocking occurring. Check-out clerk was extremely rude and unpleasant. She acted as though I was putting her out trying to check out. I double-checked to make sure I was in the correct line, as I thought perhaps it was my fault. Everything was fine where I was. I will shop at another Home Depot location in the future.

Very clean. Staff was helpful & polite. Thank you for a good experience. I needed a laundry basket. Store only carried totes. That would be my only adjustment.

The associates are ready and willing to help with finding whatever you need and if need be how to use the item you are looking for.

I love shopping at this store. The associates are knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well organized which makes items easier to find.

We run into issues with stock at this location quite frequently. My husband commented that he knew better and shouldn’t have come to this location. He was right, because unfortunately at our last visit, a manager chose to follow us around the store while commenting to every employee that approached her how an employee should have never left us unattended after unlocking the tools we were buying. Instead of taking the items to the front and providing us with another cart and allowing us to shop in peace (as I recommended), she made it a point to stand right behind me. I decided to ask her if she treated all of her customers like thieves. Her reply was a laugh and a “yes, unfortunately I have to” and when I said “no, you really don’t, it’s offensive”, that’s when she made it a point to proclaim what she was doing. She also stood in line with us and watched us check out. Apparently that was to prevent us from stealing them at that time? Perhaps she thought we couldn’t afford them and would quickly run out the door? I don’t know. All I know is she is the sole reason I will take my business elsewhere.

Val was awesome in helping me order cabinets and granite for my basement bar.

The clerk was extremely courteous and helpful. I received an email allowing me to get 10% off of my purchase. However, I forgot to bring proof of the email. Aliya told me not to worry because she would apply the discount herself. When I explained that I did not have proof, she told me that she trusted me and applied the discount. This made me very happy. Aliya treated me as a valued customer and not someone who was trying to scam the store.

I received a 10% OFF coupon on 2/27/21. When I was in the process of paying for my purchase of washer, dryer, dishwasher and microwave oven, I was told that the coupon could not be used for special financing with deferred interest. I recommend that this exemption be noted on the coupon.

I will not be returning to this Home Depot location. This would be a 1-star review if not for the friendly young man in Lumber and the friendly young lady at the Pro checkout. I was purchasing lumber by the foot, and most of my pieces were cut crooked. When I brought this to the attention of the older man in Lumber, he said, “That’s just the way it is. This saw has a draw on it. It’s designed to cut wood in half just so you can fit it in your car. It’s not meant for projects.” If all I cared about was fitting it in my car, why not just snap it in half? Why would I purchase a 3-foot board with a crooked edge just to go trim it down at home and waste wood? I’ve never had an issue with accurate cuts at the Home Depot until now (I usually go to the Broomfield location). I ended up returning the product because the crooked edges didn’t fit properly for what I was working on.

Bait and switch pricing. Sign says $2.50 for mulch. I have a photo. Was charged 3.33 and when I asked sales associate I was blown off. “Oh that’s for a smaller bag” I told him you need to switch your sign bc that’s false advertising. He did not go to tell anyone. What on earth?!

Convenient to find. Employees try to be helpful. Impressed with the safeguards they have put in place to keep employees and customers safe from the virus.

I would not recommend checking out at pro services the Ladies (cashier) there are super rude and disrespectful and make clown faces when they do not like something about you
