The associates at this store are friendly and helpful. If you ask a question, an associate is quick to respond or point you in the right direction. Also, the store is consistently well stocked, and the nursery carries plants that competitors do not.

I am mostly impressed with the customer service I received at this location. I was looking for materials for my bathroom remodel. Taylyn and Diego went above and beyond to assist me. They walked up and down the aisle with me until I found exactly what I wanted. They did everything with a smile. This experience made me want to make Home Depot my new go-to for my home improvement needs.

The employees were helpful assisting us. We were looking for a Samsung washer, the sale person took us to the merchandise, described advantages and parts that we may need for replacing our old washer. Store location is very convenient and store design was organized well. It was clean even though this was during the snow storm in Jackson area.

Diego was in the lumber department, and he went above and beyond to assist me. For a small framed/ short lady shopping in the lumber department, it felt good to be heard and not made to feel incompetent. I appreciated his kindness and assistance. He was the GOAT( Greatest of all time) because I was able to get my project materials today without a headache or a lengthy wait or attitude.

Don’t go to Brandon Mississippi because you may not get what you want,But you can go to I 55 north and get what you need and want. The people there were nice and helpful, but the assistant manager was very very nice and helpful! Thank you assistant manager Joe

From the moment I called to find out about an item in stock or not, an employee "Aisha" walked me through it with professionalism....and greater than that....KINDNESS!
