If you shop at the Neshaminy Location and require assistance from a manager, pray you don’t get Christine. For a manager she does not care about customer satisfaction nor does she have any interest in assisting the needs of the customers who shop at this location. Zero customer service skills. Zero stars for Christine. All other associates at this location are super friendly! Lourdes is exceptional! She is always extremely friendly and helpful.

One of the best experiences that I’ve had at Home Depot is at this location the people I dealt with in customer service the paint department and tools and hardware were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and help me find exactly what I needed

Employees would not help my father in-law when they watch him pick up items that he need help with that’s a great job not helping a 67 old man

Clean ,organized and helpful cashiers

Store is the cleanest in the area. Have more employees that are willing to actually help you but theres always one that goes above and beyond. Just ask for Giggles and she will help with any product / dept you need assistance. Friendly but could have more products in the correct spots and not have the day employees constantly looking for products on other areas. Wastes my time let alone their time looking for it when it's clearly labeled with pictures. I dont see what's so hard about that?

Disorganized and poorly stocked. Try another Home Depot if it's convenient.

The employees in this store ( paint department ) went out of their way,. above & beyond what I would have expected of them.They were able to locate cans of spray paint that other stores were out of and caught up with me as I was getting into my car to try another store. The paint department clerk "ED" as well as the other clerk really made my day.

Store geared toward Contractors. Stocking more home-use items, like detergent, cleaners, etc. Usually the help is knowledgeable and helpful.

Associates not friendly or helpful. This store was messy and looked like it was under a refurbishment. Hard to walk around flooring, carpeting, electrical isles with empty pallets in view and service carts in middle of isles. Shelves and stock of items very unorganized and messy as well. I was very disappointed. To make my experience even worse, one of my items I purchased had to be returned/exhanged as well.

Be weary of Leena at check out! Horrible check out experience in front of my five year old daughter. As I approached the two staff at check out to ask if we could be checked out, she automatically dismissed us. Confused, I thought maybe there was a language barrier. So, I decided to do self check out, but still required assistance. I went back over and asked for help, as Leena now said “No, I’m taking her first (talking about a customer who had just walked up). I then said, I have been trying to get your assistance for a while now. Leena replied “I have the right to refuse any service I choose”?

GET THE MANAGER INVOLVED IN RUNNING THE STORE AND STOCK THE EMPTY SHELVES AND CLEAR THE ISLES.

My opinion is the same for this store and all others even though I repeatedly keep going back in them. Loss prevention needs to be retrained just because a man is bouncing around store cuz you need several different items in different apartments should not have loss prevention following him...have an associate first ask if you need help ....unbelievable days I'm going to clowning mood I'll pick up a drill and walk around for 40 minutes that's the best you'll have them bumping into each other

The garden center always has a beautiful supply of flowers and plants. Brenna, the cashier, is like a breath of fresh air. She’s always helpful, smiling and kind.

My experience today picking up a special order was disappointing. I noticed that my military discount was only applied to 2 of the 4 blinds I bought. I questioned it and they agreed but they could not complete the difference back to my card and suggested I find something else in the store and they would apply not only my 10% military but also the difference on the mini blinds. I did not need anything else so just left with my special order.

Employees are friendly and helpful on finding product, and suggesting products for the project your completing.
