I checked out in the garden center with “James”. If you desire a good experience avoid him. He printed my receipt before I could select email and when confronted treated me like I was unintelligent and that I must’ve skipped it when I watched him hit print on the screen. When I told him he should probably ask first he blatantly ignored me and looked past me to the next customer. RUDE!

I purchased lumber, hardware, and paints to build a Sand Tray Therapy Table for my Counseling Practice. In addition to adults, I see children and do Play Therapy. The customer service was great: knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. NEW BRAUNFELS Store #8520 is a clean, well-stocked store, with great employees, and excellent prices. Beats everybody in town! Their lumber, paint, and hardware sections are the best I have found.

Bill and Mark at the Pro Desk were amazingly helpful! I'm going to use Home Depot as often as possible!

I found the products I needed today quickly and logically where I expected them. There were ample choices for me to consider. I will always be a Home Depot shopper.

Employee, Christopher Hansen, was extremely helpful in guiding me to purchase the proper plants for my yard. His experience and expertise is by far, the best I have ever had the pleasure to be availed to me. I came in with no knowledge, and he guided me and taught me things that gave me the confidence to go about my new adventure in gardening! Thank you!

I am truly saddened and perplexed by the customer service or lack of service I recieved at my visit today. I understand there are not a lot of black people in New Braunfels, and that this community doesn't believe wearing masks are necessary anymore (if ever), but just because I'm black and wearing a mask doesn't mean you shouldn't see if I could some help while I'm in your store. Other than the check out clerk, I was completely ignored by 3 seperate staff members. The first was a young guy, white, tall who asked 4 other people who were in the aisle I was in if they needed any assistance. He literally walked passed me twice to go to these people (all white and not wearing masks) if they needed help. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt but after the 4th person I knew something was up. Then it happened two more times by 2 other staff members. Both white, older gentlemen. One literally made eye contact with me, hesitated to even say hello. I'm guessing his manners got the better old him, than he continue passed me only to ask a white lady that was behind me she needed any assistance! My mind is blown. How ridiculous is this behaivor???? Truly, I'm disgusted and saddened that these are the people I have to call my community. My opinion is if you're going to work in a place that requires you to help people, remember that people includes everyone. Not just the ones who look like you.

2021 i purchased several items for different seasons and am extremely pleased...enjoyed and continue enjoying it!

Terrible customer service, second time they’ve messed up our order. Messed up our store credit too and locked the card up and told us to walk around for 45 minutes basically until the store closed to use it after they messed it up 4 times

ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS I GO THIS STORE VICE THE COMPETITOR'S. EMPLOYEES ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SUPER FRIENDLY.

I always go to Home Depot first when I need materials. This store always has helpful people.

I haven't had this long yet, but I love that I can use the same battery for my drill, impact driver, saw-zaw and nailgun. the 18v One+ system is great!

This store has all the resources that a builder, handyman, plumber or any service provider could need to either purchase or RENT for the projects GREAT or SMALL. Employees provide excellent and friendly service to make sure your needs are met to the greatest extent possible. I highly recommend this Home Depot Store in New Braunfels, TEXAS! Every trip I make to this store is a successful mission accomplished.

If you are going to buy a major appliance ask for Angie. She is the greatest woman ever and will be able to help you with anything you need. Truly a godsend.

Great Customer Service! I love going to Home Depot. I am an avid gardener and am always buying plants, mulch, Miracle Grow, etc. Today I was on a mission to find Snail Bait and was fortunate to find some. No one in the area has had any in quite a while. I also bought black mulch on sale and was assisted in getting the big bags in my car. My other mission was to talk to someone in Flooring as I am planning to replace carpeting and linoleum in my house. I had a very productive meeting with Bob in Flooring and am expecting a measuring appointment this next week.

This is our beautiful hometown store. It is nice inside, well stocked, and clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy shopping here. I am a recent widow unfamiliar with “diy” things. They help me realize that there are things I can do myself. They also are good about helping me with my yard and plants. They are invaluable to me. I enjoy them.

Liked being greeted at the door by a friendly person with a nice smile. Knew what I wanted to purchase so went directly to it. Was helped by a very friendly young man who was quite knowledgeable about what I wanted and helped me figure out just how much I needed.

I would not recommend buying riding lawnmowers there. At the time I was at the store not one person knew anything about any mower. Read reviews before you go as people working there know zero about mowers they selling. Customer service lady very nice and helpful. But the lawn mower associate didn’t even know what a lawn mower was. Could not even find key to mower. Extra trip to pickup

The associate who helped us in the appliance/kitchen design center was a textbook example of great customer service! He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in our purchase.

I purchased a box of the same window film I purchased previously but this box had a different type of film in it and didn't match my other windows I had previously tinted.
