Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Yes, the New Castle store offers in-person Kids Workshops. These in-store events are free and take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am-noon. You may reserve your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. Each month features a unique and exciting new kit pack to keep little doers engaged. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to check availability of the kits.

How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?

Gift cards to The Home Depot are a popular choice for birthdays, housewarming parties, and the holidays. DIYers know these gift cards are fun to receive and to give. Purchase gift cards at our stores or online at homedepot.com. If you receive a gift card, you can check your gift card balance online or visit the New Castle Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Our gift cards can be redeemed in-store or shop online with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot New Castle offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or text message to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3. After you get to the store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space. It's usually located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you're here.
5. We will bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.
