I purchased a refrigerator here and although I wasn’t expecting it the salesman told us because it was an Energy Star unit it was exempt from tax. The total came through with tax and he couldn’t get it off, we need the refrigerator so I wasn’t gonna loose sleep over it. I just want someone to explain to him how it works so he doesn’t tell someone else and end up in a brawl.

Cashier, Raegia, was awesome. She was so helpful and friendly. She goes above and beyond to make you feel like a special customer of Home Depot. She treats you with respect and is very efficient at her job. Jacob provided extra special service delivering my mulch to my truck. He was very efficient on the forklift and made sure he got the pallet placed in the right spot on my truck. He was very careful when he loaded the pallet to make sure he didn't just drop it on truck bed.

I was helped by the most delightful employee I have ever encountered at the New Smyrna Beach store! He is a local young man who knows what customer service is all about his parents should be very proud. He went out of his way to help me figure out the best option to cover my leaking Roof from hurricane ian damage of insurance is refusing to pay for! He understood my problem since I have already covered it 4 times and it’s still leaking throughout my house. He was able to help me find couplers for the air tank so I can staple up the roof covering. Thank you for restoring my faith in my local store!

The cashiers are super helpful with finding my products and getting ahold of the right employee to help with my specific questions. All very polite and welcoming!

I love home improvement stores! Most of the time when I go to home depot im goingbin to grab something and I know exactly where it is. However, there are times I need assistance. When this does occur, it is often difficult to find it. I generally have to walk the isles until I come across an associate, who then needs to call another associate that works in said area. But at least there is help to be found which is more than I can say for other stores.

Every employee we interacted with was amazing!! Brooke gave us the tools to succeed and made us feel confident in what we were doing! And thanks to her our small fix went off without a hitch! Absolutely recommend as this store turned our panic into confidence!

We purchased cabinets for our 3 story house and Melissa was remarkable!! Very knowledgable and friendly!! She's a SUPER STAR!!!

If you need something in the garden shop area, you better know exactly what you need and be willing to look for it yourself! Very few of the employees in the garden area know anything about plants, fertilizers, sprays, or anything else.

Hopefully I win that 5000. Sweepstakes I'd spend it all at my local home Depot in NSB on one of those beautiful patio sets and a new chainsaw

Only suggestion I have is to grab your own shopping cart from the parking lot because no employees are bringing the in. They are largely grouped together out front of the building and next to none upon entry.

There is never anyone to help you. Waited for an hour for someone to unlock the tools I needed. Several requests with multiple employees not one could unlock the tools

Employees Sierra and Laurie Ann (on different days) went above and beyond to exceed all my expectations. Both issues required special assistance and they both took ownership of my problem (both purchases under $50) and saw them thru till the finish.....

The people in your paint department are the most happy and helpful people in the store. Always informing what to do and how and explaining things. I have actually learned a lot.

Was greeted by a female associate about a return for one item I had previsouly purchased. I stated that I did not have the email receipt handy but could offer the HD Military Discount QR code or my HD app. She seemed annoyed and looked at my iPhone. She was able to ascertain what was needed to initiate the return and handed me the return receipt without a thank you or otherwise. I offered my apology to the associate by saying I apologize for the acost. She looked at me and said "WHAT?" I repeated myself and she looked at me perplexed. Mgt. should remind front line employees that the intercaction with clients is key to the sucess of companies. Her approach and attitude was uncalled for.

Ms. Jane and Ms. Mary Anne are helpful, knowledgeable and made it a pleasant shopping experience.

I want to shout out an employee at the NSB Home Depot. Maia went out of her way to help me as I was with an elderly person who had had enough of the walking. Thanks for going above and beyond. It is refreshing to see employees actually do their job and more! Thanks Maia.

Mrs. Kim in the paint dept helped me so much! She helped me pick out the right paint things & even got me a shopping cart because i ended up getting more than i imagined lol Mrs Kim deserves a raise!

My wife and I were looking for tile so we went to this New Smyrna Beach Home Depot and when we got to the tile Department Karen and Jeff approached us and asked if we needed help. I told him the tile we were looking for. They let us to the tile but what I was looking for was on the top shelf 20 ft up. Karen said no problem then Jeff close the aisles and got the forklift and brought the pallet of tile down for me to inspect. I was happy with the tile and told him I wanted it. Karen asked if there was anything else I needed and I said yes I need a saw and other things what do you recommend. She made her recommendations and I must say she was very professional and answered every question I asked. I bought the saw and all of the other things I needed to tile my shower. This is the best experience I have ever had at a home depot. I feel like I was a vip. Highly recommend Karen and Jeff at the New Smyrna Home Depot in the tile Department.

The range and refrigerator purchased this past year and this month second set of washer and dryer, all of which purchased from Home Depot, best service and best price. The first set of laundry appliances purchased from HD in 2006 gave great service. I see no reason to shop anywhere else

I can’t tell you how satisfied and happy I was to work with the lady in the kitchen department. She was very patient, very kind, and very knowledgeable. She made sure that I’m very happy with my purchase.very concerned about what my need were.

I did not have a good experience at this Home Depot location today. An associate was rude.
