Customer service is horrible here!

Hi , I’m a frequent shopper, and I like shopping at the Newark store. It’s very clean and the employees treat you with respect when you ask them something. I feel very safe and secure when I’m there. Very homey feeling inside when you go there.

Everyone is always professional and helpful. Shout out to a very pleasant Associate “Tkeya” who checked me out today with detailed information and a positive attitude.

Employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the products

I love that this Home Depot have some associates that are very friendly, kind and patient. And not to mention their location is very convenient to people who work in the area like myself I definitely recommend this store.

My order was canceled before I went to pick it up.

There were some things they don't have.

My experience in this store is not always a good one but this day Mathew and Aminah made my bad experience feel a lot better. Aminah was empathetic about me not being able to find the items I needed. Mathew was just really pleasant and bubbly. There were not many floor associates around to assist but these two made my experience turn around. I am glad the casheirs were there.

Attention, knowledge and quick service of the attendants.

Store was very clean and all signs were clear and readable items were pretty easy to find and workers were very helpful and friendly

Need improvements

Rude customers service in aisles. Their main job is to ignore you . I had to move stock items out of the way to get what I wanted at the Shelf

The store is clean and organized, however, I was unable to find what I was looking for after four trips. I did not receive any associate assistance and they were unable to inform me of any alternatives.

BETTER STAFFED. STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. I FOUND THE PRODUCTS I WAS LOOKING FOR WITH THE HELP OF A WORKER . THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND ORDERLY. THE ASSOCIATES VERY PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT. THE WAIT TO CASH OUT WAS GOOD.

The Newark Home Depot is my go to Store for all my hardware needs. Polite, Helpful, great service and the staff goes the extra mile to ensure that I get the items I need. I have never been treated as politely at any other Home Depot or other store. The staff goes the extra mile and have earned my return business.

THIS REVEIW IS ABOUT THE PEOPLESTANDIND AND BEGGING ON THE OUTSIDE AND IN THE STORE LOOKING HASSLE CUSTOMERS FOR LOOSE CHANGE AND FOR TRANSPORTATION AND LOOKING FOR WORK AND STEAL FROM THE CUSTOMERS AND STORE.. THIS IS THE ONLY STORE THAT I BELEIVE TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM AND IT NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.

Everyone was helpful and provided us with great advice towards the items we needed the store was well organized and there were plenty of cashiers therefore no waiting to pay at the register.
