Newton is a well run store, clean and safe. Ray was very helpful, as was JJ. John did a good job at the register.

The manager and assistant manager of this store really care about customer service and try their best to make sure they and their employees try to assist the customer.

John Micheal and Ray in the lumber department were very helpful in assisting me. Got some good people working there.

The staff at this store is always so friendly, and helpful! From the Asst Mgr, Deanna and her staff, including the wonderful cashiers, two young men in the Lumber dept, and Mark and Stanley in the Paint dept, are so knowledgeable about the products, and go out of their way to ensure the customers are satisfied and leave with everything they need! .

The store was largely clean and access was generally good. What was NOT good was the fact that a product hawker, pushing Generac generators, would call out loudly to pitch his product, and would do so while pulling his mask away from his face. At this time, this kind of behavior can and does put a lot of customers at risk of infection by the virus causing COVID-19. If you are over 65, have any respiratory issues, or any other risk factors that could make this disease especially dangerous for you, you might want to avoid this store until the pandemic has passed. The behavior of this person was utterly irresponsible and hazardous, and I'm surprised it was tolerated by the store management.

Store is not very neat or clean. Seems junky almost and not really the most customer centered. . Some of the store employees on the floor can be helpful and friendly, but checking out can be unpleasant. Rose at the self-checkout is rude, impatient and can be overbearing. A customer service desk employee quickly hung up while we were trying to ask about curbside pick-up. She had answered the phone harshly and quickly instructed us to come inside when we called to verify that our order was ready. Additionally, we had wanted to buy a few pieces of sod, but it was all either rotten with fungi or irreversibly dried out. We were told that no one had been watering the sod as needed. The Newton sore is one of the lousier locations. It could use a makeover and perhaps some new faces with better attitudes.

Employees are always helpful and available to the customers. Normally there are plenty of products available but with the situation we are in the Newton store is selling like hot cakes. Hopefully they get resupplied real soon. Employees were very helpful to me today; I needed a piece of plywood cut, had to have some paint mixed up to fit the color I selected, and the yard man helped me load my products into my vehicle, I thank them all.

This Home Depot is always clean and the shelves stocked and organized. The associates in this store are always friendly and willing to help out. Whether you need material or tools, they got you covered. My favorite HD store!

This store is doing so well with all the changes and precautions. Great to see everyone being careful with masks and gloves and the curbside pickup is so helpful. People on the phone (Amy in particular) so helpful and went out of her way to answer questions for me.
