I recently moved and needed a lot of help, they were all excellent.

Honored the online price at the store!

Our fridge decided to start freezing everything and we needed a new one, headed over to Home Depot and not only found a great price but Shaista in the appliances section was extremely helpful. Helped us pick the perfect fridge and was very knowledgeable!

Came in to get a key cut you had 3 cashiers standing around doing nothing. They were more interested in talking to each other then helping. Ended up waiting for 20 minutes for an employee to show when your cashier could of easily helped me.

I always get the best customer service at this location.

This one has to go to your cashier Millie. She was more focused on her phone then helping me check out. Funny thing was she told me to go to self check out and she still checked my receipt after she told me to check out myself

Checked out today not knowing you can have multiple Home Depot credit cards. I opened a new account that has no annual fee and saved $50.

I don't know what about my appearance at this location makes them think I am a criminal on 2 separate occasions. I am a Caucasian and my wife and kids, Black Hispanics.

Diane is the reason my partner and I like this store! Sometimes, if you don’t look like a construction working man, home improvement stores aren’t the best at serving you. Not so here, especially cashier Diane who is always helpful, friendly, and efficient.

I some paints today and I am happy I did.

I’m a regular costumer and the past months I felt like no one wants to help me every time was so hard to find and get things that I couldn’t rich and wait for a long time for some body can help me, on the end living the store frustrated, this time TELMA and other helper make my time in the store more value. I shopped feeling I was buying the right things, also I find down the great services they offer in the store thanks to Terma, who ever thought the important the Costumer service is for costumers! Thank you

Staff in carpet area were super helpful. Cashier was absolutely lovely, very polite and friendly. I was offered loading assistance, instead I received an audience. Two strong, fit young males stood there and watched this 50year old woman load ten 50pound bags of river rock into my vehicle. I had 2 rolls of 12×7 turf, not heavy.. "We will keep these out of the way while you load the bags". Hard fail on loading assistance, I really would have appreciated the help that was offered and did not receive. It is a pity, as this ending ruined what otherwise would have been exceptional service throughout.

I recently got a Ridgid toolbox that broke 7 months after purchase. No receipt, but Andrea & Maria in customer service were champs! With the toolbox in hand, they scanned it, had me swipe my original credit card, found my receipt online, gave store credit for my old purchase, and I paid the difference for an upgraded toolbox. Their kindness and guidance blew me away. That's why Home Depot is my go-to; their stellar service beats other big-box home stores.

Walking into The Home Depot as a mom with her kids can be stressful. Thankfully, I know I can always rely on the friendly and knowledgable staff at The Home Depot in Niles. George and Alvin were particularly helpful during this trip. I often drive a little further to this specific location for this reason as well as the ease of parking and cleanliness of the store.

I had a very friendly and pleasant experience at this Home Depot because of Irma! She greeted me right away and helped me with what I was looking for. Had a great conversation with her as to what I came in to buy. Very knowledgeable as well. She made my shopping experience fantastic! Thank you Irma!! :)

Felt disrespected as a veteran as I produced necessary documents but did not receive promised military discount from a very rude cashier.

The staff at this location are exceptional! Doug in paint really helped bring everything together and made sure everything was ready in a timely manner. Steve in lumber was friendly and cut our wood just the way we needed. We are always highly satisfied with this store.
