We went in to buy multiple appliances and we worked with Stephanie. She was amazing! So helpful, very friendly, great customer service, efficient and went above and beyond to get us the best deals since we bought multiple items. I would highly recommend asking for her if you are looking for appliances.

They have friendly employees that are knowledgeable about their products. We always have good experiences shopping here.

I’m so happy that we went to this store. My husband and I would have been so lost without the lawn and garden employee named Chris. Just stay away from the Cashier Marilyn. She has my name but she is extremely rude.

If you want to work a job where your boss is human and ethical and compassionate and still to the point and no nonsense, this is the place. If you want to shop somewhere that treats their employees and customers this way, it’s still the place. I love this store, it’s staff and it’s management!

The store manager, George, is a really good dude. He spent a ton of time with me answering questions about my project. He then actually did a class for me to teach me how to lay cinder block. Seriously spent like an hour and a half showing me and letting me practice. Made a huge difference for me.

I have visited other Home Depot Stores in Mesa and near one near the City of Maricopa, but this store, particularly the professionalism of the people, far outweigh any I have visited. They are right there to help. Importantly, I have been given good suggestions/alternatives or advice when I couldn't find or couldn't obtain an item that I was shopping for. This Home Depot has the friendliest and professional staff by far!

Today, I give the store an excellent rating. There were many associates available and willing to help me in finding the item I was looking for. I especially mention David in Hardware, who stayed with me to help me determine a replacement for the item I needed, since the exact item wasn't stocked.

Neat and clean, feels good coming in. Associates greet you in a easy and friendly manner. Every associate in the diffrent departments we went, were extremely helpful. I was very impressed with my experience in this store, that has not been the case in other Home Depots in other areas. Plus I found all the items I came to buy! I have always had a good experience at home Depot except when I find too many things I like and not enough money too spend.

The cashier Don talked to a customer after and during check out. Took forever. The other cashier rang up 6 customers in the time it took Don to ring up 3 pcs of molding. Even after the transaction was complete he kept talking to the customer, while myself and 3 others waited. It got to the point I started recording and tweeted it. You need to move him to mill works so he can sit and chat, people waiting to check out have things to do.

I plan to shop at NORTH MESA Store #0473 again. Thank you for your service.

The appliance salespeople at the Val Vista and Broadway Home Depot are awesome. After replacing my fourth appliance in one month, my visits became weekly. All the sales people are friendly and have excellent customer service skills. I worked with Stephanie on all my purchases and I highly recommend her. She knows the products well and went above and beyond to help with my selection.

Worst customer service store..no one wants to help you, and will go out of their way not to. I try to go to any other store but this one , but this is a block from my house, and I am always so sorry I have gone to this store.

This store and it’s employees are extremely caring, clean, friendly & knowledgeable. Projects are easy to find & we have always had excellent assistance.

This particular store at Broadway and Val Vista is exceptional. Very experienced employees and long service. The manager George is a wonderful man and reaches out to help the community. He is unique! I recommend everyone who lives near here to shop at his store.
