Lady at checkout was so rude and snappy. She left a horrible impression on this Home Depot. This was our first time at this store and we will not be returning.

Purchased carpeting and spent 1:45 min waiting to get written up and to pay. Manger was called over and he showed me like he was being bothered. This was at the Home Depot in North Versailles, Pa. Worsted service ever.......

Santana was our kitchen designer. She did a great job, has excellent communication and design skills, is detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and thinks outside of the box. The cabinets we purchased are all-wood construction and were competitively priced. The managers are helpful, as well. This is my favorite Home Depot store. They also answer the phone consistently, something that is a rarity today.

I had to buy two sheets of 19/32 plywood for a home project and while I was at North Versailes Home Depot, I ran into a friend girl who was working on a bathroom fix. Got a customer service / cashier , Victoria, who helped with all our checkout needs and questions.

Shop at Lowe’s. They don’t have a annual fee you get 10% all the time. Home Depot cuts you off after 400.

Never have problems finding what I'm looking for

Great store with the best customer service

Need something to use in bottom of sink cabinet. Bottom of sink base was severely bowed due to water problems prior. I knew I needed a piece of plywood but didn’t know there were so many choices. The manger and the floor employees were very helpful.

This store is always so clean, and the workers are very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoy having to go there to shop. I highly recommend this store to anyone that needs to shop at the Home Depot.

Big company store with the feel of a small local store. Staff here is amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, usually going out of their way to assist you for projects big and small.

All of the employees were very patent , informative and helpful. I was totally lost and everyone helped me even the customers were friendly . I had an excellent experience from the customer service, lawn and gardern helpers , cashier and loading assistants. I have a great experience every time I visit.

Store usually has what I came for, but finding an associate who is not already engaged is sometimes not easy. I know this is not unusual as I worked for a home improvement chain myself for 5 years. That chain no longer exists.
