Overall I've always had great service at this Home Depot , but this specific time the service went well above what was required. After completing my shopping I went to start my car and realized the battery was dead. I asked a number of customer's for help with no luck. The store manager noticed there was an issue and ended up helping me get on my way. I consider this outstanding customer service. Thanks again and you now have loyal customer.

Apparently they made a mistake with the product code and it was coming up as $0.01 and the cashier refused to sell the item for that price. She took it to another person that changed the price. I believe that if they made a mistake they should honor the price and then change it in the system. She was very rude in the process!

I was in one of your stores today making a return & purchasing materials for repairs for one of my properties. Store 0209 @ 5500 NW 167th Street HIaleah, Fl. 33014 The return was on 8/3/2021 around 11:00 AM. I was in line waiting to return an item. I was called to the return desk and that is when Roshida told me that I needed to wear a mask or she was not going to help me and placed a box of face masks in front of me. I advised her that a face mask is not mandatory and that I did not see any signs outside the store requiring face covering. She advised me that I had to wear a face mask, I asked her on what store policy was she basing her request for me to wear a mask? She advised me that it was all over the news for me to wear a mask. So I replied to her, you make your own store policies based on the news! She refused to take care of me and walked to the back of the department behind a metal partition. I asked her and another employee to call me the store manager. Maria handled my return with no issues. I was advised that he was busy and it was going to take a while. I waited about 15 minutes and the store assistant manager came over to talk to me. I forgot his name but he is a male. I advised him of what had taken place and he told me that it was a misunderstanding which I replied there is no misunderstanding on her part. It was done on purpose, she was rude, and created her own store policies based on the news. I told him that I did not want him just to have a talk with her but to have her written up for the incorrect way that she treats customers. He told me that he knew how to do his job and that he had worked for HD for the past 25 years. I asked the assistant store manager if Roshida was a customer service manager and he advised that she was an ex supervisor. Here we have another HD in store policy maker & mask police in this store.

I visited this store also. I found the product very easily, I look for assistant and after I found him, he help me. The store were very clean, employees are very friendly. Love customer services.

This is one of the best stores. The store is well staffed and everyone is helpful. I don’t mind driving to this store rather than the others that are closer to me.

Olga the cashier has a very bad attitude with the client, and the manager the same thing . People at the electrical were very friendly and helpful.

Home Depot is the best store to go for home improvement the have the best and lowest price for the rich or middle they will work with you and compare prices.

When you go to this store and you need a Manager and supervisor ms Patricia is the one she is so Patient and understanding she will do her best to make sure you leave happy

Customer service lacks in this location, with accusations of theft in front of your eyes. Do not recommend this store. There is a Lowe’s right down the street.

Patricia provided excellent customer service and assisted me a lot. As an elderly woman, I am grateful that she was there today to assist me. She was very nice and patient. I would recommend this store to friends and family!

I PURCHASED A BUY ONE GET ONE FREE FLASHLIGHT LAMP AND I LOVE IT AND THE PRICE. GOOD FOR THE HURRICANE AND WHEN MY LIGHTS GO OUT, BECAUSE THEY GO OUT ON A DAILY BASIS.

I usually go to this store since I find everything I need for my home improvement projects in one place! The store is conveniently located and very accessible. During this Covid19 pandemic, I think they have taken all precautions to make customers and employees feel safe!
