I frequent this HD as a DIY home owner and it has everything that I need. Employees are friendly and helpful, even if they are busy. That is impressive.

The store is well stocked, managed, and staffed with incredibly helpful and personable team members. I recently moved into the area and have had a great experience each of the dozens of times I have had to make trips to Home Depot for the endless array of projects that come along with the purchase of a home. During this particular time, Jeff from plumbing was INVALUABLE. He had the knowledge and patience to talk through the HVAC drain line extension challenge I faced. Big thanks to Jeff!

I drive from another city just to go to this Home Depot in Roswell. It has the best customer service around.

I bought I new Battery powered Vac for my shop based on the advise from the employee that I trust and I has been the best thing yet.

I initially came in to replace an outdoor floodlight. The staff member not only located the light, but volunteered to replace it. I am a senior who suffered a knee injury, which limited my mobility. I was not confident in climbing the ladder to reach the socket. The staff offered to replace it after his shift ended, since I live right across the street in The Heritage. What a wonderful offer, as I was unable to do so myself! The staff member arrived as promised replaced the light in a few minutes. I am now able to enjoy a well lighted doorway.

Besides having what I’m looking for the employees are awesome here! The more I go the more I like it here!

Not often am I surprised when I walk in a store only to find they no longer make the item I came in for but with the help of a kind staff member, I was educated. What was that item? INCANDESCENT LIGHT BULBS

Today was the second time that Jaime helped me with paint and staining questions. He is very knowledgeable, and helped me understand how to do my project better as I am adding a piece to my grandfathers 1974 sewing table. Very helpful! Very grateful he was working again today!

When the mulch goes on sale it is crazy at HD! The guys working outside on the weekends are real troopers! The home owners are not always nice or grateful -but I am! It is a hard job and they do it with a smile!

I went to home depot today looking for door stoppers. Someone told me to go to aisle 8 and I did. Unfortunately I was looking walking slowly down the aisle when a nice young man with a smile on asked me very politely if he could help me find what I was looking for. He took me right to the door stoppers and ask me if he could help me with anything else. I should have asked him for his name, but I didnt and I regret, because this is and exceptional individual who needs to be commanded. There is also a lovely lady with short red hair that works at the return counter who has the most wonderful personality and always make me feel that she really cares. She is polite, efficient, very knowledgeable and always greet me with a smile and a " How are you today?"
