The girl in the paint department needs to learn her job, or at least the reason why people shake paint, how to paint or at least realize that the paint that home depot sells have been sitting on the shelves for months. Unbelievable!!!

Home Depot is my #1 hardware go-to store for both in-store and online purchases. An associate is always willing to point me in the right direction and will sometimes even escort me to the products for which I'm searching. With convenient shopping online, my order is ready for pick-up usually within the hour. Oh, did I mention the customer service at "my" Home Depot is over-the-top?!

Store employees understand and helped us order in the store something that was available in the homedepot warehouse with free in store pickup. Was a great experience today ordering a more economical kitchen sink disposal.

Their cashiers are ignorant, unprofessional and lack the ability to properly communicate they also have no knowledge of the stores products and services, terrible customer service and I NEVER complain and leave reviews but it was poor.

Great experience getting extra Christmas lights. Easy in and out. Wonders of wonders....lots of staff available to help. What a nice change.

The positive: Competitive prices, many locations nearby, and a lot of choices. The negative: delivery time frame is not always according to the agreement (sometimes is delivered days after), or is not complete. The window time is huge like from 7 AM to 5 PM which is a big problem when the house is vacant.

I walked in the Oakland Park store and Kesiner immediately started helping with on online order and walked me through the store to collect other items I needed. William at checkout gave me some great advice about painting. Both guys are great assets to this store. If I lived a lot closer I'd be very happy shopping here, but I live too far away to shop here frequently.

Poor customer services returned items customers services employee talking and don’t mine you waiting and listening personal conversation wild I’m in line until 10 minutes waiting for them to assistant me my time is money I’m a in and out takes me one hr every time I go Home Depot just to get out in the registers or pro account bad services

The store was clean the employee in tile area was very courtesy and I was assisted in loading my truck .

I hope this is the right store Oakland Park Boulevard and I-95 the store employees are like family to me I can always go in and get all the assistance that I need in a professional and polite way I try to do most of my shopping at the store

this store is now being kept much cleaner ; the staff seems to be more friendlier; the amount of stock has increased; it is much easier to return an item; faster checkouts;easy parking;; better choice of plants ; and of the three that i shop at this is my favorite one.

Aisles are spacious, making it easy to navigate among other customers. Although I did not need assistance I did notice other customers receiving help from employees. This store is always clean and the employees are always eager to render assistance.
