The best customer service I have ever received at a Home Depot store

I always have a good experience at this particular store. The associates are helpful and knowledgeable

From the minute I walked in the door, people working there came up and asked if I needed help. Any questions I had they answered quickly. Very friendly staff working at the store in Berlin!

I spent hours online looking for Shaker Style Swinging Doors with 3 Translucent Glass Panels. I finally called my HD and spoke with "Pete" in the Doors and Windows Department. Not only did he find what I needed, he also followed up with phone calls. Great Service!

We always have a positive shopping experience at the Ocean City Home Depot whether buying flowers or an appliance. We just bought a microwave and our saleswoman, Kristina was knowledgeable and helpful. We find all of the employees to be very helpful and friendly. They always have what we're looking for in stock and someone to help if we have questions..

My husband and I were looking for outdoor Christmas string lights. Jane asked if we needed assistance and helped us find and evaluate the available inventory, by asking questions about what we were looking for and providing the appropriate answers to our questions. At check-out, Tasha helped us receive the military discount. Both employees were very helpful and friendly. The store was well stocked, clean, and well organized. We shop here often, because it is conveniently located, it usually has exactly what we are looking for, and the employees are helpful and friendly.

I always enjoy shopping at the Home Depot store in Berlin MD and I can say that I have shopped in many of your stores in several different states. I do realize that this location does market to the rental market because of its close proximity to the beach and stocks items accordingly; however, some locations seem to stock more high end and unique products and wish this store might consider same. I understand that all products can be ordered online but it is nice to actually "see and touch" before purchasing. Please do understand that this is only a suggestion and in no way should it be considered derogatory because as I have already stated, I really do enjoy shopping here. The staff is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. It is my first choice for building supplies.

Folks in the appliance department are great. Knowledgeable, helpful, no pressure. Would definitely buy appliances there again. Have found all the sales people at this Home Depot to be friendly and helpful. This is not true of other Home Depot stores I have been to.

I have been to many Home Depot’s but the Ocean City/BERLIN store is definitely the most helpful & friendly. I always leave with a smile on my face our a little chuckle. If you have a vacation home here I highly recommend you buy your fix up supplies at this store.

The sales associates at the Paint Counter are the best I've ever seen. They are so knowledgeable and courteous they make it a pleasure to shop there. No problem is too much for them to handle. They matched up a paint swatch from paint that was purchased over 10 years ago and not a Home Depot brand. The paint associate spent approximately 45 minutes mixing and testing paint until she found the right color. I was extremely satisfied.

As you see in your records, I purchase items here a lot. I visit this home depot about 3 times a day sometimes. The staff has been very friendly and when they see me now they say "back again" or "the night is still young" when I'm leaving, meaning that they will likely see me at the store one more time that day. This particular branch always has what I need in stock.
