Products were easy to find and the clerks at the lumber department were very helpful and professional.

The 2x4x16 were just thrown up all dangled like on the bin. Was very hard to pick good lumber. When I was loading 4x8 OBS on a cart, the cart kept moving and was very hard to load by my self which I finally did with no help. There was an associate throwing lumber in the bins and saw that I was struggling. Never offered to help me. But that’s okay, I loaded 11 pieces by myself. Also I needed gutters and there wasn’t hardly any in stock. Maybe 3 or 5. The department was not organized properly. Had different parts in different boxes. And the few gutters were all either bent badly or damaged. Other than that, Home Depot is a great place to buy materials and many not all employees are really very friendly and courteous.

Angel is a great cashier very helpful awesome customer service. I would have given 6 stars but it was available. People are very helpful throughout the whole store. Home depot you guys rock.

Great trip to store everything was in stock and a super employee by the name of Debra went beyond her duties to help with another issue. THUMBS UP TO DEBRA

Pretty much you always find what you need and always have better deals than any other stores.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A GAS RANGE AND THE LADY THAT TOOK CARE OF ME WAS GREAT AND I FOUND EVERYTHING I NEEDED THANK YOU SO MUCH I WILL RETURE TO THIS STORE AGAIN MIGHT BE LOOKING FOR A WASHER AND DYER

Wife and I went in to get some items for me that I needed ,workers were friendly and helpful and was able to get everting on my list , plus she was able to get plants , the store is really stocked just a good experience ,thanks .

Customer service I received was beyond excellent. Carla in tool rental department was extremely kind and helpful! Wish all sales associates at other stores were as kind as the ones at this Home Depot.

It has not been easy on any of us during this era. But this HD store in Odessa Texas has some awesome people working for them. Two that stand out and go above the call of duty are Olga and Michelle. Hang onto these good folks for as long as possible. I may not make it to complete the surveys on time before thaty expire but know I am grateful for this store and all of the employees they have. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

I have shopped at this store for many years. It has been consistently above average in every department,including management. I must mention Ms. Doris, Mr Bobby ,Ms. Jan and all of the others that have treated me so very well.

I went to Home Depot to purchase a 24” base kitchen cabinet. The cabinet I purchased was labeled a 24” and I was also charged for a 24”. I was also told by the employee who helped me that the cabinet was a 24”. I got home and painted the cabinet and upon installation realized that the cabinet is really a 18”. I then went back to Home Depot and was informed that although the cabinet was marked wrong and even though I was charged the incorrect higher price, I was not allowed an exchange, refund, credit or anything!! I was just informed that they could not help me. I will never ever purchase anything else again from Home Depot and I will also let my experience be known and shared at every opportunity.

Took me 45 minutes to get some assistance

I drove a little over 200 miles to this store. I was able to find what I needed quickly, and checking out was the best! Liz was extremely helpful in looking up my credit account and made my day! Even with a crowded store, she kept her cool, was very professional and courteous. Thanks Liz!

Has Jesse at POS (regidter) went out of his way to help me with credit application and spend another 36 minutes to get me my discount at Odessa and Midland stores. Great employee.

I got lots of help with everthing i did, from renting a concrete mixer, having concrete delivered to my home and picking up special order items. If you need help in renting equipement look up Carla,,,,,

I love coming here except for this last visit. Larger black women working in cashier area was extremely rude to me. The other cashier who checked me out overheard it and apologized to me on her behalf. I never write reviews, like ever. But I'm still so mad I just had to.

This store has an abundance of friendly and helpful staff. On my visit today, several people went out of their way to assist me. I am very happy with the people that are employed at this particular store. Considering the global pandemic, this store is also well kept up and stocked as well as any could be in this current world climate. Thank you!

Usually has a larger selection than the Lowe’s store and more in stock.
