Today I bought a "new", in the carton 5 cubic foot chest freezer. It all looked good from the outside of the carton, I have pictures of the carton and of the heavily dented freezer that I unpacked when I got home.

Just about every time I run into the store for something to help with my obscure project they either have what I need or someone helps me find an alternative that works just as well.

Came in when the store was short staffed and my cashier rocked it, even after being cut down, yelled at, and sworn at by a customer! She handled herself in a professional way and was exceptional at customer service! You rocked it Katie!

Home Depot always has everything I need.

Employees are impossible to find if you need assistance. If you do find one, they'll ignore you and avoid you at all costs.

Do not go to the cashier who is loud and obnoxious! Bree would not stop talking and it was a bit too much for us to handle whiile trying to shop

Our son is autistic and can be a handful. A specific cashier went above and beyond with him when we came in for Halloween decorations. She made sure she got down to his level when speaking to him about the workshops and even gave him one to work on at home! His smile never left his face! Thanks for making sure ALL your customers regardless of age leave the story happy Katie!

Every time I visit this store I am never reluctant to ask for help as everyone is incredible. The one person who stands out is Mike V. from the lumber dept. If I can't find anyone to help me in any dept. I know I can find him and he will assist in any way that he can. This used to be the same for Max in Electrical but he has retired.

My trip to Home Depot today came with some challenges and they were all met head on by employees who were willing to help! My cart tipped over and bree and the store manager Zane helped pick it back up and get a new block. After I Cashed out, Danielle and bree helped me load my items and I got my finger caught between two blocks and took a chunk from my finger. The employees reacted right away and helped me get bandages and cleaned up, and then Lynn filed an incident report to be safe! It was refreshing to have the store manager drop everything and be willing to help shows leaderships commitment to putting the customer first

NO help in lumber area. This is the second time. There will not be a third.

Bought a pressure washer in June 2023, on the homedepot.com. I was a brand never heard, but had what we were looking for. Tried to use it and it would never stay running long enough to do the job. Called the company of the product, said they would send info on where we can get it fixed, never sent any info. called Olean store, nope can not bring back, over 90 days. Called 1800-Homedepot..told us to call the store and talk to manager. We called again, talked to a manager. She said she would call us back... next morning she did and was able to bring pressure washer back with a refund. very happy.

Went in to shop in a not so good mood but the cashier in garden (Katie) quickly turned my frown upside down! Top notch customer service skills with a friendly smile!

I dont usually do this but there was one associate who defined the three "p's" of customer service (professionalism, patience, and people first) and as a cashier, she did amazing! Katie presented excellent customer service and was a delight to check out with!

Went in the store to get 7 bags of mulch. A kind employee assisted me and helped me get the bags on the cart and into my car. No issues at this store! I got exactly what I needed in short time.

I went in to buy some items that were part of a buy one get one free deal. I had a few questions before I made my selections and the employee that was right near by was very happy to help me and he answered ALL my questions. He made sure I knew all my options before I made my selections. He then pointed me in the right directions to get my next purchase. I love going into this store, if you need help there is always an employee near by.

76 years old and struggled loading 12ft boards on lumber cart several associates just walked by offering no help..

Purchased large quantity of retaining wall blocks and asked for help getting and loading them and was told by employee just to grab a flat cart and fo get them never got any help and even had to help another customer load her lumber because no employee would help her either

Getting both installed this week. Less than a week from ordering to having installed.
