I worked with Sydney in the appliance section. We were in need of a new refrigerator, dishwasher & stove. She was extremely helpful in helping me select the correct sizes for the spaces I had and stayed within my budget. The process was very simple and she was so friendly to work with.

I haven’t gotten delivery of my new laundry center yet so I can’t review that but I can say that Sydney Reno, the appliance specialist that helped me, was great! She shared a lot of info with me but was not pushy, she was very friendly and made me feel like she cared if I would be happy with my purchase. And after comparing several different models online, Home Depot offered the best value for the money. If you’re looking for a washer and dryer, make sure you look at the Osage Beach Home Depot.

Store is organized well be needs more staff to assist customers.

If you have the need for custom blinds or window treatments, Home Depot has some great selections as well as great software to facilitate the design process. But more importantly, one of their employees, Merry Lakebrink is superb to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes the process run smoothly.

Everyone was very helpful and explained things well. We are looking forward to getting our doors.

Kirk, a floor associate, was quick to ask if he could help me, as he saw me looking at lighting fixtures. He nicely & efficiently checked & retrieved 5 fixtures then guided me to other departments directly to the items needed. I was impressed with his knowledge regarding products & location. After purchasing, he wheeled my items to my car and loaded them. He made me feel special, thanking me for using HD, which I really appreciated. Rhonda, the customer service associate, went above & beyond turning a bad experience with HD credit company into a smoothly handled solution.She was quick, efficient, assuring & genuinely concerned. The calming smile on her face was so reassuring to me, and I needed that, because I wan Not a "happy camper." Absolutely fantastic!!! You very seldom see that in today's world....gives me hope!

The gentleman in the flooring area was extremely helpful, and the young lady checking us out was great!

Except masks and now the new "even if you have the vax you need a mask" sign- we love our home depot. Please let the employees breathe. The emergency is over.

Great purchase experience for my hot water heater with same day installation. Store rep was able to take care of everything by phone due to bad weather conditions in our area.

OUR SALESLADY (SYDNEY) WAS VERY KNOWLEGABLE AND HELPED US GET EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. WE BOUGHT A WASHER/DRYER, REFRIGERATOR, STOVE, DISHWASHER, AND A MICROWAVE. WE WILL RETURN FOR THE REST OF OUR REMODEL PROJECT.

We were greeted when we arrived and then several times while we were in the store we were approached by employees checking to see if we needed help. When we did, the lady went with us to show us where the bolts were. We were happy that every thing we needed was in supply. Everyone was very friendly and we checked out quickly with a friendly cashier. Everyone was wearing masks for their protection and ours. Thank you

I am an occasional visitor to this area and find the store employees to be friendly and very helpful whenever I enter the store. I am usually shopping for one or two specific items and with such a big store it can take some time to locate these items. I always ask an employee for assistance to locate these items and they are always very helpful in finding what I am looking for.

I can't say enough about the Osage Beach, Mo. Home Depot store and the people that work at that store! All the associates were friendly and so very helpful. The sales associate that is worked with was amazing and a breath of fresh air. She made me fell like I have known her you many years and we were good friends. Thank you for making my shopping experience a wonderful one.
