When I am unable to find something I need a store associate is always available to help me and, usually, takes me where I need to go to find something! I am, continually, satisfied with the friendliness of all associates at this location!

I want this to be as nice as the other HD's, but it's NOT!

Store is warm and humid inside, lots of stuff blocking isles, in and out, not so much.

#1. Coke cooler at self checkouts completely empty. #2. Clearance tags and empty holes on every shelf. #3. Crap blocking every isle, including ladders, and floor stacks. #4. It's WARM and HUMID in the store with every visit, employees sweating and look tired, even on cool days outside it's hot in the store. #5. Check-out counters are a mess, and shelf checkout machines are covered with hand written notes for the customers. #6. Many out of Stocks on shelves, employees evade customers!

The store is a convent place to shop my very first time I came in to get a Bar barque grill the staff on duty was very pleasant she talked me into placing a order for a credit card which I was approved on site. I don't remember her name she was a older lady. I came and picked up a toilet and vanity bowel which I got some great assistance. I like the fact that there is always someone on duty in different area to help you. The day I picked up my stove Alices helped me he was good.

Every time I go to this location I have an enjoyable experience because all of the staff are professional, personable and patient. There are ample staff about to answer questions and assist with finding products, and the store is always neat and clean (including the ladies room)!

The employee's we're very friendly. And they had alot of the product i was looking for in stock.

Every store associate I had a question for was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't have a hard time getting assistance at all. The prices are usually lower than a lot of the other comparable stores. The cashier was super nice.

Dawn, in flooring, made my shopping experience exceptional. She is knowledgeable and was able to help me choose the right carpet for my needs -- basement that didn't need super expensive carpeting. She was very personable and made the visit easy and stress free.

This is my favorite Home Depot and I've used at least 5 to 10 different ones over 20 years

The flower section was beautiful. Inside and outside everything looked clean and well organized. I give this store 5 stars.

The Overland Home Depot has it's products neatly displayed and the associates are willing to assist you. My experience was GREAT thanks to the service received!

Great experience store was very clean and the employees were so polite and professional. I did not walk around looking for items.

The store is well-stocked, the employees knowledgeable and helpful, and there's a Wendy's right next door! Don't get me started on how CLEAN the store was! Literally everything you could ever want!
