GREAT STORE, AND GREAT EMPLOYEES, FOUND OUT GOOD INFORMATION ABOUT THE TREK PRODUCT FOR DECKING

Three store employees in the Owasso store were extremely helpful & cheerful. Not a previous HD customer. I am now because of these three people! Thanks!!

I had a horrible experience with Brice the service desk cashier. Very horrible attitude and seemed upset to see a customer come in or check out. Will not be returning.

This is the best Home Depot in Oklahoma and Arkansas! They know how to treat their customers by phone or in person. They are very well stocked and have knowledgeable employees to help you.

I drove 40 miles to shop at this store because they had the product I wanted. I have another competitor closer to me so it was a single minded visit. Because of the service I received here, them actually having merchandise in stock and the cleanliness of the store, I will have no issues driving 40 miles just to browse. Truly an amazing store.

VERY POOR customer experience. I had planned on buying more, but couldn't get ANYONE to come and unlock the item from the display shelves. Also, there were NO 4 cycle Ryobi line trimmers on display, or shelf/display space for them. They are on the website, but apparently stocked in the store. IF I decide to shop in this store again, I'll have to REALLY need something they have and be resigned to help myself find it and check it out in self-check.

Great customer service

At my last trip to this store, I was immediately helped! A clerk took me to the right location of what I sought then found another person to better help with my needs. I appreciate the readiness of the employees to help out! It's a massive store with many great options so it's easy to get lost looking. Thank you for the help! Other stores like home depot do not provide similar customer services nearly anywhere close to the service I received!

The store manager was very helpful with us and training the new employee Elaine.

I’m new to the area and just bought a house that I am doing some remodeling to and coming in to this Home Depot everyone there was very helpful and friendly and made my remodeling a pleasure I got some opinions on things and it made it easier for me to decide such as tile for my bathroom and shiplap for my walls

Purchased $351.80 bandsaw and store would not accept $50 gift card towards my purchase.

This young man named James at the Owasso store took the time to help a handicapped Vet and is a fantastic employee. I will be back because of the great service I got!!

I was very impressed with the helpfulness of most of the staff in each department. They took personal care to help locate the products. Some went above and beyond.

I am handicap and I have good days and bad and today was bad but they were very helpful I called to see if they could bring me a electric cart and they said no problem I was able to get my supplies without much pain and they never made me feel like a burden and other store not home Depot have thank you for understanding

I much prefer Home Depot in Owasso to the Big Blue store down the street. The staff is friendlier and I like the Husky tools over the other stores brand. Overall it's just a better shopping experience for me
