Once you make it past the dozens of people in the parking lot harassing you for work. you will find an unorganized, poorly stocked store with some of the most unmotivated & rude employees you have ever encountered.

This store is filled with knowledgeable associates willing to help you. I came in looking for hardwood flooring, not laminated nor vinyl or an engineered flooring, and once in the flooring aisle their were two staff members able to assist me. then the quantity I needed was not on the floor so they sent me to the desk for someone to look up it any other stores in the area carried the item. She was very knowledgeable and professional and found my desire item is a near by store. Excellent customer service given to me in this store - S. Ozone Park store.
