We have been in a chaotic home remodel for many months. Your sales associate named Helen Marshall was a breath of fresh air! She assisted us in finding a window replacement at a cheaper price and made our visit to this home depot a very nice shopping experience. It doesn't matter what you're looking for in the store, stop by & say hello to this sales associate.

Purchasing a zero turn mower "Cub Cadet" was made very easy. The team made sure we received what we needed including special rebates and 24 month same as cash financing with the HOME DEPOT card. Great team at customer service.

Store was well stocked with easy access; friendly, helpful employees.

This store goes beyond just telling you what aisle to go to. They take you to it to ensure you found what you are looking for.

Long-story-short: 1) - Lost rec't • Cust Svc rep (Dennis) found it in data base • Effected return. 2) - Our questions were always answered clearly and excellent alternate suggestions were offered when we shared our project ideas. 3) - We've never been disappointed in inventory or product quality. BRAVO-ZULU.

Home Depot has been around for many years and I’ve been in and out but I’ve never been overly impressed Up until my last visit. During my last visit, I was out of refund, so I stopped at the customer service desk to get it, While I was there, the employee notified me that I had another refund that I was owed! Needless to say, I was thrilled! He, (His name was Tobin) Worked with another employee named James to make sure I got my refund! And then, while shopping in the isles, I needed assistance finding something and a lady it Associate, Whose name I don’t recall Went above and beyond my expectations trying to make sure I found what I was looking for! This is exactly what good Customer Service looks like this is what we should all expect, but these days it’s rare that we get it! I am so glad I had to go in and had such a wonderful experience, There are truly some good decent people left in this world!

Jacob is a exceptional employee. He had a great knowledge of the store’s stock.

Anthony in flooring was extremely helpful with my purchase. He made sure right flooring, right amount and that I received all discounts and service needed to complete project. His knowledge and service was exceptional. Made my life so much easier.

The folks at home depo are super nice. Management great! Don’t buy the life time warranty Ridged battery products. The company that stands behind the products takes way too long on repairs. I had a skill saw repair, drove 80 miles one way, over two months to get it back.had to drive back to pick it up. Wonderful service don’t you think? At least it didn’t cost me anything. 👍

I PURCHASED A GAS WATER HEATER. ONLY ONLINE ITEM SADLY BUT DENNIS AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER HELP ME WITH THE PURCHASE. SETTING UP DELIVERY AND SETTING ME UP WITH MY VETERANS DISCOUNT I HAD NEVER USED BEFORE. DEFINITELY A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH DENNIS AT THE HELM

First order: WG41718540 This was to replace an existing small refrigerator/freezer with a frost-free unit, found the 7’ unit from Home Depot fit and ordered.   The first was delivered in two days by FedEx and left on the porch, with no notification. The packing was well worn but intact. Inside, dents were on the edge of the door and the side, and one corner was crushed.     Home Depot customer service explained that a replacement could be purchased again, but that the refund would be delayed until the damaged fridge was picked up by UPS.  It was recommended that the unit be returned at the Pace, FL store and a new one was ordered.    Second order: CM44955866   The new unit arrived the next day with the carton in much worse damage. The FedEx driver refused to take it back. Again, the corner was crushed and the door was dented.   Home Depot customer service initiated a return by UPS to avoid the difficulty of returning to the store. UPS order 1Z87557E7892920069 was to pick up the unit on Saturday before close of business.     The entire day was spent waiting for UPS, which did not show. Home Depot customer service was contacted in the afternoon and verified that pickup was imminent for that day. It did not.   At 8:30 PM, Home Depot customer service was again called and informed us that the pickup would not have been done, but would be the next business day.  The second UPS order was 1Z87557E895321577.   An email was received from UPS informing that notification would be sent. It was not.   Sunday, UPS was called and informed us that the pickup would not be made until next week. This was unacceptable; Rather than keeping the second damaged unit and waiting for an unpredictable pickup, the refrigerator was loaded into a private vehicle and returned to the Pace Home Depot store.   The Home Depot customer service representative found an equivalent model at the Pace store which we visited. However, when informed that it would be shipped, we quickly declined and visited a competitor.  Not only did they have an acceptable model on the floor, but it was in stock and would be delivered the next day (Sunday) at no charge. It is now in place.    I found the Home Depot customer service personnel to be pleasant and accommodating. The customer service personnel in Pace, FL were similarly professional. All other interactions have been deplorable. In summary, I cannot and will not recommend Home Depot to my contractors without my approval and after soliciting other sources.  

I asked where extension ladders were from 3 employees in lumber who were socializing with one another and the just pointed to aisle. Cashier had attitude
