Came in to purchase a washer/dryer combo which I was having trouble doing online. Tanya helped us very patiently and got us all set up. She was very cordial and explained all our options as far as warranties and delivery.

Erica, Laura and Nicole at customer service always go out of their way and are always considerate of my time

My elderly mother who is on a fixed income purchased a faucet, but got the wrong one. I came over to replace it a week later due to her being in the hospital. That is when I realized it was the wrong one so I had to take it back to get the right one. She didn’t have the receipt with it and since she was in the hospital, I couldn’t put I back on the card she had purchased it with. The first faucet coat $95.23 with tax. I received $73.83 back in a store credit. The price of the new faucet was $95.23 with tax. So my mother is out $23.50 because of a piece of paper. My husband is a contractor and makes purchases from your company. If this is how you do business we will no longer make any purchases.

We stopped by on a busy Friday morning to complete some quick returns. Our business was handled quickly and efficiently by our returns associate. Thank you, Laura, and the Palm Bay Home Depot Team!

Laura at customer service was very helpful. I'm a recent widower. Not used to going to home Depot without my husband. She was patient and informative. Also very motivating on projects information.

Rudest cashier I have ever had. After spending over $10,000 for kitchen cabinets and all accessories, the cashier at the service counter did not have a pen I could use to write a check, as mine was running out of ink!

Santos in the paint department did an excellent job of matching my paint and making sure I had the right roller to spread the paint I reccemend him highly

I go to this Home Depot a few times a week and when Santos (in paint department) is working it is the best experience! He is always friendly, helpful, and knows his stuff! I am a woman that is willing to try any project, but I need to be educated as we all do - When Santos is working my projects are completed with success. I appreciate Santos so much and so thankful he is at my Home Depot store! Thank you Santos for being you!

This Home Depot helps the customer so well and cares that they give there customer there all and makes sure of it. They all work as a good team

Nicole Gillett made me feel like I was a guest in her home vs like an ordinary customer. She helped me find things, she even gave me a few items to look into that can make my job a bit easier. CASHIER JAQUELYNN was extremly helpful with getting my discount applied and then entering 4 gift cards and pin numbers. I told the gentleman behind me a may take a little time for my order to be processed, but he waited for Jacqulynn since she was so helpful.

Every time I need something from the Home Depot Palm bay they always go out of their way to please.

From paint to ceiling fans, flooring & grills- we have been making frequent trips to this store. The staff make the shopping experience easy & enjoyable. They are professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Susan & Saquan are stellar employees!

I am a veteran's wife,I do the shopping because my husband is disabled. On 2 different occasions I was checked out by the same woman. She was very rude and disrespectful. I showed her my ID and she started saying that I have to get this app on my phone starting the 15th of March loud & totally making me feel like an idiot. Instead of her pushing the button she kept saying download it.... it's NOT the 15th yet.I went to another home depot in West Melbourne yesterday and the girl didn't ask any questions, didn't say anything rude. Cashier's name is... ELENA works out in garden!!! Not a bad store but she made me not want to come back

Decided to replace my front door. went into the store and met Gary. He is an asset to the store. He set up a consultation for last week, today, I went in to pick a door. Gary listened very closely to what my thoughts and preferences are and honed in on the style of the homes construction. He is knowledgeable of the products, the manufacturers, styles and options. His attention to detail proved valuable in selecting a door that I am sure will bring me many years of style to my home.

The employees that I encountered at the store were helpful and friendly. Shamel at checkout was warm and cheerful for 6:30 in the morning.

I was not sure exactly what to purchase, on Christmas eve my son was preparing for a Christmas party the following day. An outlet in the kitchen began to spark and smoke, every one were able to get out in time thank God. We were able to extinguish the fire before the fire department arrived. I noticed my son didn't have adequate smoke detectors, he and his family traveled from Florida to Boston the next day. I wanted to surprise him when they returned, the store associate, directed me to the correct place and educated me to place the fire detectors in the garage and in the attic because this is where most fires start and these places are rarely equipped with a detector. That's life saving advice!

Mitch at the Home Depot made buying a washer/dryer set fun. No one likes to spend that much money at one shot. But if you have to, go to the Home Depot in Palm Bay. He's a New Yorker, and he's a riot.

Purchased Milwaukee tool box and I am very satisfied with the product.

Going to Home Depot as an adult for me is the equivalent of going to a toy store lol. I go and window shop or get everything I need for any DIY project I or my husband have. My light fixtures, paint, and gardening tools all have been purchased in that Home Depot. So lucky to have one near my home. You cant beat the prices there compared to other local stores.
