Mr. Patrick did an amazing job assisting with the sales of some chains. I am so glad that he did. Thank you Mr. Patrick for being so knowledgeable and a value asset to The Home Depot Team. My daughter performed on those very chains in her Aerial Dance Panama City-Showcase at Edgewater.

I would definitely refer anyone to this particular store. It is very simple to move around in and items are easy to find. If you have trouble finding anything the app is great but the associates there are tops. Hey are always willing to assist you and don't run and hide.

Had to exchange the gas I had recently purchased for my weed eater. Mike was very helpful at the customer service desk. He answered all my questions and made the process simple and efficient. I came in to order some windows for a job. I had just applied for a commercial credit account and did not have the card. Jerusa really went above and beyond for me and took care of getting me a temporary card to use for this order. She also got me in contact with pro service care to change some things with my account. Total it took about 20 or so minutes to get everything accomplished at her register. She did a great job and I sincerely appreciated her help!

Darlene at the customer service desk did a credit-card refund on one set of 4 lawnmower batteries as well as a return on another set of 4, within five minutes. She was friendly and professional throughout. I had a less than ideal customer service experience at this store several years ago. But this one made up for it.

Employee Cami Dalton was superb. Saw me waiting to check out. I did not realize I was in the pro checkout area. She asked me to come up anyway. she asked if I was a pro customer. When I told her no she made the offer. I asked how long it would take and she responded that it would just take a few clicks. NO one has ever asked me that before and I have been shopping at this store for about twenty years. I spend several thousand dollars a year at this store. Hat tip to Cami Dalton.
