My trips when Patti the older garden center staff she is amazing

Carlos for Millworks goes above and beyond to help a customer, I was there on Saturday and then I returned on Monday and I purchased a screen door, he was very helpful he spent quality time with me on Saturday even though I did not make a purchase that day.

If you need Appliance's especially hard to fit ....go see Richie Trujillo ...he is the best !!! He knows his stuff and if he doesn't he will go the extra mile to get you answers

Service is 100% dependent on the employees who are employed at any given location. This one has an excellent track record at hiring the right people.

I was purchasing moving items, I grabbed an item(there were several) tag read $8.98 and I was charged $12.98, I told them there were several same items behind this tag but they would not honor it

This store is usually pretty much spot on, but lately the paint department runs empty before it’s restocked, making it very difficult for me to do my job, since all my paints are matched up to Home Depot. Guess I’ll have to switch and drive all the way to Lowe’s in Burbank. ☹️

Busy store but most employees are pleasant and kind to help with any questions. I had very positive experience with this store.

The store was very friendly environment i can easily find what i need. Cashier was good.

The lines move pretty quickly here and employees seem to be a bit more knowledgeable about the products and where they are, compared to other HD's. Generally pretty friendly as well. Also Jeff & Adonis were super helpful getting all my wood cut even though it was the end of the night and pretty busy.

They reset the store making each trip a treasure hunt! Items that you once knew exactly where they are, now are placed in different places, making each trip an exciting exploratory adventure! Put on your safari hat and join the fun next time you need something from the hardware store, you’ll have hours of sleuthing trying to hunt everything you need, and don’t even think of cheating by asking an employee where the item has moved to, the employees are hidden as well! Fun for everyone!! **not recommended for people in a rush**

Left the store completely satisfied with 5 gallons of a paint I absolutely fell in love with. Thank you Scott from paint for your patience and amazing customer service! I was so relieved to have been able to leave with the paint I was looking for after being a little bummed out when i purchased the wrong paint the day before.

Hi to whom it may concern the opinion that I gave on my survey is only because I've always had bad service there's never any employees around a department that where I need help especially when you're waiting around for your truck to get loaded up and there's no employees to Drive the forklift and here I am trying to get back to my job site and I'm holding up my job because Home doesn't have enough employees

I have used this store for many years and have been extremely satisfied with the service, products .and prices that I have received.

I’ve managed people for over 30 years, and know how hard it is to find good help. A very helpful and pleasant young lady by the name of Lizette was fantastic. I wouldn’t be surprised if she were “employee of the month” every month of the year.

Miguel in Dept 25 was great, spent a lot of time helping me find a hard to locate item.

Marco was very helpful in attending my needs on the product I wanted to purchase. Great Customer service!

The store in Panorama is my Go-to and I always leave satisfied. I am a regular there and have purchased many tools, supplies, and even a fridge from here. I always find all tools and products in stock and the associates are quite knowledgeable and friendly. I am exceedingly glad to have been helped by Byron in the Paint Department. Should you need help with paint and related products, ask for associate Byron. He was very knowledgeable, provided great customer service, was very polite and patient. Byron should be promoted. In all, the store is great and I have never had any issues. Thank You.

I Worked with Ashley in Customer Service at the Van Nuys Home Depot Store. She's among the best Home Depot Customer Service Agents I've ever met. I knew I had "Perks" after spending tens of thousands lately at Home Depot. She researched Perks and helped me upload the Home Depot App to access them. She helped me open my email where a Verification Code was sent. She figured out to maximize the 9 Perks available. As a senior citizen, I had no idea how to do any of the tech needed. She was patient, kind and professional. Incredible Lady!
