All associates were very helpful and polite! Store was stocked very well!

this store never has knowledgeable employees, if you are lucky to get help, you need to go between 7- 2 M-F, or you are out of luck. Home Depot use to Pride themselves in Knowledgeable employees, this store is the absolute worst.

During this time of necessary precautions due to COVID where we are required to wear a mask, as stated on a sign as you enter the store, I found it troubling that the only checkout stations that were open were the self checkout stations. The really troubling part is that the self checkout stations only have hand held barcode scanners that every person who purchases something must touch. So basically the store is requiring every customer purchasing something to shake hands with everyone else who has purchased something.

The employees apparently believe that the customers exist to provide them with a job to which they are entitled. I know I'm old-fashioned, but whatever became of customer service?

customer service is bad not just this trip but on other trips there to.

I am in this store at least 6 or 7 times a week and all the store personnel are always courteous and friendly

Jack is an awesome customer service person, from the time we started working with him, He was knowledgeable, funny, courteous and kind. Today I had to work with Doc to order some fencing and he was none of these. His badge says 15 years. Maybe he has just lost his zest, I don’t know, but was very disappointed today

I believe and ICEE machine would be a great addition to the store.

I have shopped at a lot of Home Depot stores because I like their products. The Paris #6566 store excels in their customer service...I will always choose them FIRST....

The store was very dirty on the outside. The employees are very anti-social. it took 35 minutes to get the product. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT THIS STORE AGAIN. I WILL MAKE THE DRIVE TO SHERMAN

I really like our Home Depot store for all my construction needs. It's efficient and has almost everything I need. When I order online, it is easy to pick up my order at the store. Most of the people in the customer service department and at the Pro Desk are very well trained on what they need to know to help me get in and out of the store quickly.

I had to make an emergency trip to Home Depot as our toilet suddenly broke!! I made a flying trip into Paris to Home Depot! I asked a lady by the name of Melissa if she could help me find a toilet that would fit in the space where it needed to go. In about 10 minutes Melissa & a few other Home Depot employees had a new toilet in the back of my RAV 4. Way to go Home Depot!!! Many thanks Melissa!! Girl Power!!

We usually deal with someone locally in our home town but decided to try Home Depot for our vinyl plant flooring. Darren Fendley was our salesperson and was very knowledgeable about the product we decided to use in our home. I have been pleased from day one, from the girl that came to measure to the speed in which Cooper Installers contacted me to the day Marvin installed it....everything went as planned. I am very pleased with this experience...

Only reason I did not give it 5 star the cashier at the service desk was rude and not findley at all.

we had several items to order by phone. The representative was very helpful and patient in completing our order and got all the details correct.

Had to wait over 30 minutes to get loaded. The only reason we were loaded is because we loaded ourselves. Very inconvenient. The lady in the appliance department was great. She’s the reason I gave one star.

Paris, Texas Store is great shopping. Store in well organized, helpful staff and easy checkout. Thanks for the experience.
