Employees at this home depot our extremely helpful and courteous! They go out of there way to help!

I went into this store to buy a Christmas tree. The employee who I had talked to on the phone told me that it would be no problem to pay for it and have it held for a family member to pick it up later. I went into the store to purchase it and the woman at customer service told me that since it was black Friday they were not holding anything. I explained that I spoke to someone on the phone and they told me that I could have it held. I also explained that it was very heavy and that I needed a family member to pick it up. She was adamant that they would not honor what an employee had told me an hour earlier on the phone. A customer helped me get it into the cart and then I dragged it into my car injuring myself in the process. Tis the season to be jolly. I don't think so. Will not be returning to this location.

Store has new store Manager who must be inadvisable as he / she is never seen on the sales floor.... IMHO.. thats bad for morale and sends a bad vide to shoppers

Only one thing I am waiting on is help with installation of kitchen sink. The salesman was not able to connect on computer for help with the installation. Other than help with installation - I am very satisfied with home depot and its employees - oh come on nickname? not everyone has a nick name let it go

This store has very helpful and courteous employees. They are always there to help. The selection here is really great! For a home improvement store, the cleanliness was impressive. It's my go-to store for home improvement.

The Park Meadows store is far superior to other Home Depots, especially those in Aurora. The associates in the Park Meadows store are always friendly and quick to help so it's well worth the drive to shop at this store rather than the ones close to my home.

Clerks definitely know the store and products, are courteous and friendly, and willing to provide various knowledgeable solutions when presented with specific problems relating to home maintenance.

Tom in the plumbing department is incredible. I've been a "do it yourself guy" for more years than I can count. I'm mechanical but always seek input from others. Tom may be the best brain I've picked in years. In any plumbing project I may have in the future my first stop will be Lone Tree Home Depot plumbing department and seek out Tom. He's great and the fact the prices at Home Depot are as good or better than any other home improvement store or internet website is an added plus. Maximum stars whatever number and another 10 stars for Tom.

This store has always treated me great! One time I had a problem with an appliance and store stepped in and helped me when the manufacture would not!

Associates always available, knowledgeable and efficiently able to help me choose high value products in minimal time. My "go-to" store.

The team at the Lonetree Home Depot was so helpful and even donated a cordless drill to help a youth in foster care attend an apprentice program. He needed basic tools and Rich and his team stepped in to assist! Really kind and wonderful team! Thank you for starting him on his path with the right tools. You'll see him in your stores for years to come!

I specifically drive to this store even though it’s about 20-30 minutes extra of a drive (depending on traffic), because of the excellent customer service! Joe, the store manager, made sure to go above and beyond (every visit) that we have had over the past week...about 5 visits. Marcia has been absolutely amazing in the kitchen department. Very detail oriented, efficient and organized. Joe in appliances is a straight shooter in terms of brands depending on the appliance you’re looking at, and is very knowledgeable and personal. Ken in flooring takes to time to make sure you have all your dimensions correct for planning. Jim, who helps around the store depending on what’s needed, went above and beyond to help my find different things on my list, and also was very efficient. I love that when I go to the Park Meadows Home Depot, I know I’m going to get the best service and get my questions answered from knowledgeable and helpful team members!

Spencer in the garden center was extremely helpful. So nice to have great service this day and age! Great job Spencer!

Brett at the Service Desk did a refund for me. He was so nice and gladly check 3 different credit cards until he found the one that I used for my original purchase. He never rolled his eyes or acted like I was inconveniencing him in any way while he was helping me. It's so nice to have a great experience like I did and to not have the clerk make you feel bad for making a return. Great job Brett!

This is my favorite HD store. Karen in garden area is exceptional. Help and courtesy is there for me when I have questions even when I have an idea that wont work, I am helped to find a solution. Love the employees at this store for helpfulness.
