I love going to buy plants and tools

We ordered kitchen cabinets all new appliances, and when it came to ordering a granite countertop, they quoted us a price 2/3 of what the final price was. We paid 1,440 for the countertop and after waiting a month they called and said the person did not quote the price correctly and it would be 50% more for the countertop. Also, the range we ordered was delivered all smashed and broken, they did refund our money, but left it to us to dispose of the broken range. I was not happy that the countertop we ordered and paid for was 50% more than we had expected to pay. We were not able to make an informed decision on what this product was going to cost. Had we known the final price we probably would’ve shopped more. We are generally happy with Home Depot. Just not this experience where they’re bringing in outside people and products and using the blame game. I rechecked the measurements I gave them and my measurements were spot on.

The appliance installers were TERRIBLE and honestly, Home Depot doesn't care. Home Depot does a terrible job vetting their installers. Buyer Beware!

THEY DAMAGED THE PRODUCT AND IT DELAYED THE DELIVERY. THEY GOT THE TAXES INCORRECT. CAN'T A LIVE PERSON. Got the wrong dishwasher.

Due to a heart condition, I needed some lumber cut for a project. Chase, Chris and Logan cut the lumber for me and loaded it on my cart. I had been dreading the project because I knew cutting the lumber was going to be a physical job. They made it so simple, and Amber helped me at check out with kindness and efficiency. I will definitely return and I appreciate great customer service. Dusty

Parker, CO Home Depot is a joke, especially with floor installation and removal of existing floor. I have a contract with them to do both, and they have refused to remove my tile floor! The crewmember and his supervisor alleged that I had asbestos under my tile floor and refused to remove it, AFTER I had my floor, grout and mastic tested for asbestos for more than $500 and all tests were negative. I was subsequently ignored on rescheduling the job, I was told HD would NOT remove my tile floor, even though it’s in the contract, and when I complained to store management, NO ONE communicated with me. All Parker Home Depot did was send me a receipt for a partial refund. Translation: Someone in the store’s system is refusing to uphold Home Depot’s end of the contract to remove my tile floor and install a vinyl floor (see attached flyer, which says they will take up the old floor). Not one person had the guts or professionalism to send me an email or give me a phone call to tell me they were refusing to do the job. The Parker staff is a disgrace. I have been a loyal customer for my entire home remodel, and I have many more projects to complete. I will now take my business elsewhere and will never set foot in Parker Home Depot ever again. I will also tell everyone I cross paths with about this case of bait-and-switch, and I will write more reviews about how Parker HD‘s floor installation is a joke, and should never be offered as a service. Parker Home Depot’s so-called *customer service* is an abomination. Don’t waste your time or money there, and never take their specials seriously, because they don’t deliver what they promise on a promotion, attached.

I was looking for fall flowers to freshen up my garden, and had no idea what would return next year or not. Helen took time to stop and listen to what I was looking for and helped me find them. I came home with some beautiful fall mums! Helen also told me how to take care of them so that they would come back next year, Helen went out of her way to be friendly, kind, and to share her knowledge with me. I will definitely come back!

Received quality help while shopping at Home Depot and enjoy our new oven which we recently purchased as well as our new dishwasher of a few years ago.

Had a very good experience with this store. I had workers approach me to help me, and whomever I asked a question of was able to direct me right to the item I needed.

I needed a paint sample badly. This store had the best paint expert, and she made a perfect duplicate of the small patch I brought in. She was so friendly and got the sample for me in a very short time. I can't find the "touch up" after two hours, a perfect match.

I had an issue with a washing machine install. When I went into Home Depot to try to get some answers, after spending hours on the phone with the Home Depot toll free line, Jenni, at customer service, did everything in her power to help. Jenni is top notch customer service! She made my really cruddy day so much better with her practical ideas to help, her sympathy with my situation and her perseverance in staying on the phone to get the person I needed to talk to in order to resolve this. Jenni needs special recognition!!!

Management is not good and your employees seem unhappy

We have been working on a total home remodel and want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Daniela. She has assisted us with all of our paint selections. She always greets you with a smile, always listens to what you are looking for, and always makes you feel comfortable even when she is busy. I will only buy paint at this store due to the great service we receive from her.

I am not a handy person by any means, but the employees at this store were all attentive and informative with my questions. Very helpful

The Pakistani(?) ladies always wear such colorful and attractive clothes, I'm an artist and I notice when there is something different.

Kerry Edwards in Department 23 is a rock star. Walked me through the entire process and helped me get all the required items in the store. Best customer experience ever.

I can always count on the sales associates of this Home Depot to steer me in the right direction and help with whatever project I have. Most recently Jim W in Plumbing showed me SharkBite coupling fittings to repair a leaking pipe. I never knew these existed. He went out of his way to demonstrate and explain how they work.
