Friendly, helpful staffs make Home Depot an easy shopping experience.

This is a great store where the employees are helpful AND friendly. I like going here even though it is out of my way and not the closest one to where I live.

We were extremely impressed at the Peoria store, most especially with the service, but also with the stock they had on hand. Ordinarily our Home Depot experience does not include excellent help, we usually have to find things for ourselves at our home store in Northern Arizona. Here in the Peoria store everyone was at the ready to cheerfully greet us and assist us and even make recommendations for other kinds of assistance like carry out. And we had some very heavy stuff. Kudos to Cody and Tyler, as well as cashier Drew, whose enthusiasm for working at the Peoria store showed in the way they encouraged us to participate in this review so that their store could be rated outstanding. It really was a different Home Depot shopping experience for us; all good.

Good store. Good selection and stock matches online quantities most of the time. Una at the self checkout is always extremely friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my shopping experience today at this store and the employees were very friendly and helpful and seemed as if they enjoyed their jobs and assisting the customers. From what I experienced today I would drive the extra distance to shop at this store and recommend this tore to friends to shop at. I sure hope they are like this all the time regardless if the store is busy or not busy with customers. This is far by the best shopping and customer service I have received in a very long time.

I am a little confused about the $ 5,000.00 Home Depot Gift Card Sweepstakes. I was in your store on 5/3/2021 and the receipt gives a User ID and Password to enter the sweepstakes and one of the store associates points it out to me on the receipt and tells me to make sure I enter. So I did enter and at the end of the survey I find out that the sweepstakes started on 2/1/2021 and then ended on 5/2/2021. If the sweepstakes is over why is it still showing to enter on the receipt and the store associate tells me to enter. Can someone explain ? thank you.

I am deeply concerned with the service I received at the store 0424 on Saturday about an installation order I placed. So wanted to see whom should I approach for my grievance and after a lot of research I couldn’t get any way to reach out to supervisors or concerned authorities of homedepot. Its about order a kitchen countertop installation service order I placed with associate at Lake Pleasant-AZ Home Depot. I got this order placed with Michael Barlowe, the kitchen designer I wanted to order a kitchen countertop installation service. Chose a granite and talked to MIchael on the process. He asked me to pay the total money as per the estimates if i need to visit Arizona Tile showroom to choose and hold granite slabs for my project. I paid him $5263.75 on the spot. And when I as supposed to get all the copies of agreement, he did not. And insisted me to wait till 3 business days for the order to process and some contractor to call me to fix and appointment for measurement. He said as I have paid the entire estimate, I can now visit Slabs showroom to choose one. I drove 45 miles one side to the showroom to choose slabs, and then I was not allowed to do so since the representative there confirmed that there are many cases like mine where home depot associate asks customer and choose slabs just after payment and even before homedepot contacts them with my order. The biggest catch is I found the copies of agreement in my email that says that the cancellation period of agreement is 3 business days - and that the home depot agent asked me to give as a buffer for appointment fixation - a total lie/ switch and bait on the face of customer. Now I saw that he intentionally didnt give me the print outs of complete agreement that he got me signed on some false pretext. Then I got a call from a very very badly reviewed fabrication company asking me time to fix an apt for measurements. Now from that time I am trying to reach home depot on the matter to at least get a good reputed contractor company to take care of my project - as I know there is not just 1 contractor that works with homedepot and - to this time there is no response from anyone on the store either - with the associate who worked up all this for me is not available in store today - is what I got to know from store many times. I have been a customer with homedepot since i can recollect off but this is what I am getting in return.

I will avoid this location at all costs!
