Returns cashier on Nov 7th mid shift (3pm) was rude and condescending while I was trying to return a unused construction helmet. I was told that I entered the exit and next time I would have to enter elsewhere. Why? That Thursday the weather was cold, wet, and windy so I was just trying to get out of the elementals and was spoken to as if I’m a common thief. Company that employees me spends a lot of money at your Home Depot and from now on I will take my our business to Round Rock or Howard Lane. No excuse for this behavior.

Great store that has a rental shop. Very friendly folks and easy to access in Plugerville.

It’s been months since visiting the Pflugerville Hone Depot. I must say that I was amazed of the remodeling in the front-end of the store and on the inventory shelves. Great look. Sale associates are very professional and courteous. Today I must say that the associate by the name of Teddy provided the best experience of customer service.

If your contract to the pro desk here at this Home Depot is second to none Amari Christine Emma Paula Sarah Yolanda David and Tony go out of their way to ensure that each and every customer is well taken care of. If you have any questions about paint would need a paint color matched bear in Jim in the paint department are second to none their knowledge their professionalism and their customer service is beyond reproach and beyond compare. Elvino and plumbing can answer any plumbing question you have. Crystal at the front end and the customer service desk is absolutely incredible after these people that I name though you’ll be hard-pressed to find an answer with some of their weekend and nighttime help especially.

Employees, were quick to help find what I was looking for and even offered to help pick out lumber.

This store is the most consumer friendly store that I associate with. Although, all Home Depot stores are friendly, this is, by far, the best. Others may take a little longer, but they still interact with the consumers faster than other retail stores.

Home Depot is a great shopping experiences, if you are looking a products the staff's and or manager is on top for easy finding it. They are on top of their services with clean environment with associates friendly and helpful. I would recommend Home Depot store.

Folks at the Rental Place have an attitude of "we are doing you a favor by deciding to help you". They are slow to acknowledge you and even slower to help you. Took a power washer, which I bought at the store, and when I picked it up two weeks later, the assured me it worked. I was charged almost $100. When I took it home, it didn't work. Tried again two days later and still didn't start. What a waste of time and money.

I visit this store several times a week. The front end and department staff are always friendly and helpful.

This is great store with great employes but its all goes away when you try to check out and leave. Their self check out stations hardly ever work and then you stuck with finding a committee to get checked out and get a register opened hate that with a passion.

The only thing this store has going for them is a few employees that are amazing. Lockwood is a great asset to this store. The checkout experience is horrible. They try and make you do self checkout and very rarely have cash registers open. Companies that are doing this more and more don’t realize there’s a lot of people that don’t want to do self checkout. Especially frustrating when the only registers open are self checkout and you look over to the customer service desk where there’s 5-8 employees joking around shooting the breeze.
