Every time i come in the store everyone is so helpful.

Just moved to Mississippi. I have never had such great service at any other location at any other state.

Bought a Christmas tree way early and am really pleased that every light worked. Never happens. paid $40. for a pre-lit tree. Really nice and took all of 10 minutes, maybe less to put together.

Service is consistent, and they have what I need at all times.

The Hampton Bay LED ceiling light fixture exceeded my expectations.I replaced my fluorescent fixture with the new LED.The difference in brightness was incredible.

Items are reasonably priced and the customer service is beyond outstanding.

Bought a Milwaukie cobalt drill bit for drilling into hard metal from Home Depot. Didn't even scratch it. The one from Harbor Freight cobalt bit drilled all the way through.

I hat to make 2 trips to home depot because a total of 4 associates refused to even acknowledge that I was a customer(one associate was even standing right next to me).had to go back a second time because the first time when the associates walked past me they probably could have guided me a little better and gave me a better experienced guidance.

THEY WERE ALL VERY HELPFULL, KIND, AND HELPED ME LOAD INTO MY TRUCK. OVER AND BEYOND THANK YOU SO MUCH

The Picayune Mississippi Home Depot Store is by far the friendliest, most helpful of all home improvement stores. They have plenty of helpful people that know what people need in home improvement. I really like the section on the end where I can actually drive my truck with trailer in the store. It really is convenient when picking up heavy loads and be out of the weather.

We made two trips to the store to get red lava rock. Each time the employees who were able to drive the forklift were available to load the pallets it on our trailer. The cashier even asked if my husband was a veteran and gave us the additional discount.

I am so glad Home Depot decided to come to Picayune MS. Great to go pick up what you need for your home. Instead of ordering on line. Then have to wait a week to get what you need. Bravo Home Depot Picayune.

The store was clean and I had no problem finding the products I needed.

I was looking for flooring and the salesperson went out of her way to help us find what we needed. Overall she saved us money over their competitors pricing. They are always helpful and store is clean and easy accessible.

Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable and helpful. It’s a pleasure to have a Home Depot right in Picayune and not have to leave town. The product I was looking for was in stock and Home Depot furnishes installation, too.

Everyone was fairly knowledgable and helpful. Sometimes in large stores like this and others employees get a little carried away with socializing amongst themselves and ignore or dont notice customers some of whom are hurting just waiting for assistance.

The moment I walked in I was greeted by an employee who was very friendly and when I needed assistance I was helped immediately and had no problems getting all the questions I had amswered. They were very hospitable and I appreciated the service I received I would definitely recommend and will be returning there for future purchases.

I Love shopping at this Home Depot it always has a home town feel and the associates are always friendly and will bring you right to what you need without just pointing it’s over there. The drive thruLumber yard is the Best!

Just had a not so good experience this one time , bought a almost an 1,800 lawnmower, I personally think , it could have been put together more professionally! An employee came out with a Needle nose pliers to tighten up a nut! After waiting a while for him to came back
