Near Christmas - crazy time for retail stores! - I called this store to ask if you sell the liner bags for kitchen disposals. It took a while to get to someone who told me “yes.” A trip to the store changed that to “no.” A wasted trip and a disappointment. Otherwise I’ve always been happy with service and employee knowledge.

It is a good stre. Associates are always near to help and willing to assist me with what I need for my DIY home projects.

Staff at Home Depot are very perfectional always trying to help people find what they need. And trying to get people out as quickly as possible.

Clean, cheerflul, busy, and efficient. Staff were helpful.

This Pin Oak store is a nice store with a wide range of inventory. Regarding today's experience, 10/10/2019, I have two complaints: 1) Seasonal inventory is stacked in the main walkway, which crowds two-way walking traffic, and prevents customers with Home Depot flatbed carts to pass each other, 2) when I arrived at Self Checkout, I had a problem scanning two bags of top soil. The young Home Depot attendant (around age 21, black female, with long dreadlocks) was rude when clearing the Point-of-Sale terminal's error code. I don't need a young woman with a Bad Attitude at 8:00 am, when I am trying to be friendly and happy as I start my work day. Paint Department employees are typically helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Most to All of the employees at this Pin Oak store are nice and helpful.

I have used this store for purchases from many departments as well as Saturday morning classes. I thank the store and all its workers for what they do for the community.

This store location is my preferred store. I visit other locations but I have always received my best experiences at this specific location. The staff are friendly, easy to approach and genuinely willing to assist customers with finding whatever is needed.

Stay away unless you want to be treated horribly!!!? The employees are rude (cashier), they mock the customers behind their backs (loading dock employee), and they lie to the customers’ faces (assistant manager).

Confused about purchasing light bulbs? Ask for Gary in the lighting department (Pin Oak). He will quickly solve your lighting needs. Very knowledgeable and friendly!

I had an urgent need for a tile to use in a photograph. Wesley (Flooring Specialist) stopped what he was working on to help me. It took some time to find a tile that had a scan code so I could purchase it. He found the perfect one. I went to a cashier who couldn't get the scan to work so she sent me to her supervisor, Anthony, who was able to get this done quickly. Two incredible Home Depot people who stopped what they were doing for my immediate need, all this for a purchase under $2. Thanks, Wesley and Anthony.

Look-this location is great-got lot's of good help and friendly-shop there all the time and the toilet paper is strong rolls and will not make a mess when you have to clean up.

I have never gone into this store and not found what I was looking for either on the shelf or been assisted by the customer service folks in ordering on line.

I went to this Home depot location and was surprise on the cleanliness of the store. Directions to products made it easy for me locate the items I was looking for. Employees were friendly and professional. Always smiling and willing to help.

This store was crazy busy; however thanks to the outstanding customer service from all of the employees that I encountered, especially Racquel, I was able to find what I needed quickly and be on my way.

I had a horrible experience with this store. The customer service people were often rude, inefficient, uninformed, bored and just eager to sell. Not all but most. Once you got someone at the store to help which sometimes took so long I would leave, otherwise they were helpful but always rushed. The worst experience of my life came when I bought two refrigerators from Home Depot, the first I did not measure correctly, my bad. Second purchase I blame them because they told me the size and it was wrong..still had to pay the restocking fee. My process of getting them to pick it up was horrible. I suggest they train their customer service personnel much better.
